The bus was on time and the driver was very nice and professional.

Scheduling department was extremely helpful. We rented 2 buses for my daughter’s wedding and the drivers were fantastic. Very accommodating. Would absolutely use again.

Communication was fantastic while setting up the shuttle. Price was better than any other estimates. Yes, it’s a yellow school but… it was great fun. We went from the Turning Stone to the Cannery. We had 2 shuttles runs there and 3 shuttles runs from.
Driver was wonderful. Driver was easy to communicate with the day before and day of. He was on time. In great spirits.
I had peace of mind my guests could drink and have fun and get back to the TS safe.

Shuttle bus for our son’s wedding worked out very well. It happened to be a very hot day and understandable it’s a school bus and the windows only went 1/4 way down so guests were hot but all was just fine and the driver for the auburn site went above and beyond …last run of the evening, I realized I lost a diamond earring on the bus. I called within minutes of him driving away; He found it, turned the bus back and delivered it to me; it ended the perfect day on a great note. Highly recommended bus service!

The reason I am giving three stars is because of the actual driving experience…

After my wedding we had to drop off people to airbnbs. We had to drive through back roads. Our driver was going extremely fast, and at one point we went over a huge bump and everyone in the back of the bus flew a few feet up in the air. I was extremely scared and so were many of my guests. I’m assuming our bus driver is used to driving through back roads, but when the bus isn’t filled, and you go over bumps, and going fast, it makes the ride very uncomfortable and scary. I was so thankful to arrive at my airbnb safe.

The experience was a positive one from start to finish. The office staff was very helpful and informative. The bus was immaculate and the bus driver, John, was an excellent driver and provided great customer service. We will definitely book again.

Hired this company as transportation for my wedding. My wife and I are teachers so we thought it would be funny to have a school bus as our transportation. It was a great choice! They were prompt, communicative, the driver was excellent, and even decorated the bus for the event. Went above and beyond!

The bus was gone for a significant amount of time. People were waiting for their ride back to the hotel from the venue. I called the local numbers given to find out where the bus was. The women I spoke to on the phone was extremely rude. The bud did come back shortly after I called.

One of the buses to the wedding from hotel was 20 minutes late getting to the ceremony. Several guests were standing in the cold and wind. The ceremony was late as we waited for the bus to arrive. Being the mother of the bride I did not know this and had no explanation what the hold up was.

Joe was awesome. Very professional, timely, and most importantly SAFE. He handled our wine tour transportation and we could not have been happier. Will definitely recommend to family and friends.
