Very Prompt
The only complaint I would have was when we tried to get a hold of someone to confirm and for a question we would get voicemail. They were prompt in picking up our guest and driver was excellent. Would recommend them.

Wedding shuttle
Got everyone to and from hotels and ceremony to reception site, offered multiple rides for whoever wanted to get changed or leave early. Driver was very courteous and respectful.

Although we had scheduled our bus as a shuttle, the driver did not make the second pick up trip from the hotel to our venue location. He claimed he was unaware, which delayed our wedding 30 minutes. In addition, we had many guests complain that the driver was rude to them and obviously frustrated. We are very disappointed that our guests received this treatment and that we had to adjust our entire wedding day timeline due to this mistake.
