If I could give this company less than 1 star I would. They did not show up for our booked trip which was confirmed a month in advance. They said the lady forgot about her trip and didn’t find me a new driver. This was completely unprofessional and really felt they did not try their best to help me out. DO NOT use this company ever again.

Our bus drivers were very nice, personable and accommodating. I do recommend the buses be equipped with GPS; our bus driver was great, but relied on us and the GPS on our phones to navigate.

PROBLEM AFTER PROBLEM from START TO FINISH. NEVER AGAIN!! NOT WORTH THE HASSLE to save a few dollars over another local charter agency. It took multiple calls to the national number to even get a quote, because I was placed on hold FOREVER. When I finally did get a quote, it took FOREVER to get a copy of it emailed. We wound up having to make changes to it, and had to call again because the contract revision wasn't sent by the promised time. There is a major disconnect between the national agency and the local station. The local station lost our revised contract, then when it was found, questioned the transporation times with me. When I called back to confirm all was in place for the wedding shuttle stops, they said I never called them!!!! GET NAMES of whoever you talk to!! Lesson learned. The only decent person we dealt with was the BUSDRIVER! SHE was excellent - the rest -- POOR>

The Binghamton location did everything they should have; I would give them 5 stars. The experience was excellent in all respects but one: I had to follow-up with the main office several times when I wanted to make sure the bus was confirmed, and also to get changes to start and end times reflected in the agreement.

Our driver was on time, professional and friendly. She did a fantastic job.

I hired first student to shuttle guests to our wedding and back to their hotels. Our 2 buses arrived on time and followed our schedule. I did not interact with the drivers personally, but my guests all had a great experience. Thank you!

We had a marvelous experience with First Charter Bus driving folks to and from our vintage summer camp themed wedding. My only regret is that due to crossed communication, we never invited our sweet driver to share a meal or say a proper thank you.
