Used First Charter Bus for our buses for my wedding, to shuttle guests from hotel to venue. The buses were on time and we had no issues. They were professional and accommodated some guests who were running late.

Awesome drivers and service
The drivers that we were provided were wonderful. They handled the changes that happened the day of very well. Were understanding and communicated well when required!
Leading up to the rental - the customer service I received was great. This reservation was a quick turn around. The gentleman that I spoke to on Wednesday prior to made sure to speed up the process to ensure I was provided with what I need.

Would not recommend
Easy to work with in terms of booking. However on the day of, driver refused to wear a mask and was not vaccinated. Horrible service, especially considering the bus was full of doctors and nurses who have worked tirelessly through the pandemic. Will not recommend.

Excellent experience
We used First Charter for guest shuttles to and from our wedding. They were so easy to book and remained very flexible when we needed to make alterations to the original schedule. Our driver, Cheryl, was right on time for all pick ups and drop offs. Guests arrived at the wedding on time and everyone got back to their hotels safely. We could not recommend them more highly!

I’m giving the company a 3 even though…
I’m giving the company a 3 even though my opinion should be lower. My bus never showed up, while 40 people waited. I finally was able to get in touch with someone who stated they didn’t have my reservation, and didn’t have a driver. The two people I spoke with seemed to have conflicting information, so I’m not even sure what the truth is.
Our bus finally showed up with an amazing driver, who turned the day around!
