The driver is as wonderful! Was there right on time and great with the passengers. Asked if someone would check if there were any others needing a ride before the last run to the hotel for the wedding guest.

Best Decision!
We rented a bus for a recent concert and it was the best decision! The bus was clean, the driver (Ann) was wonderful and everyone had the best time! It was much more affordable than I thought it would be. I will certainly rent a bus through First Charter Bus again!!

Awful.
The bus driver did not stick to the shuttle time schedule and literally left the bride and groom behind at the reception where we had to call the emergency contact number to get ahold of them.

Everyone was very nice over the phone…
Everyone was very nice over the phone when setting everything up, we even had some issues with our check getting lost but they were very helpful. Our bus driver for the night was fantastic. Overall a great experience!
