Veronica was amazing! The bus was on time and the driver was great. We used this bus for our wedding. Veronica surprised us upon pick up with a congratulations balloon sign and streamers decorating the bus. As we walked on, she played the song we had our first dance to and gave us a card. She truly went above and beyond.

Your drivers were wonderful. All the passengers felt safe and well cared for. Busses were early to arrival and very easy to use for a wedding situation!

Bus services were prompt, timely and courteous. Bus arrived for pickup and waited for guests, and was on time for drop off. Return trip was equally well coordinated and timely. Bus was already heated, and driver was polite to guests.

In the first trip, the bus missed a turn which resulted in many guests arriving late.
For the return trip, the bus parked as far away from the guests as possible and refused to move closer. Guests were forced to walk, in the dark, down a long hill.
We are requesting a partial refund.

Customer service with First Student was top notch! They provided us with a quote for our wedding reception in a prompt manner and answered our questions with the upmost detail. They even modified requests closer to the wedding date. The phone lines were always available when we called with little to no wait time. The reason why I gave 4 stars is because of the date of service. I was told upon booking that alcoholic beverages were allowed on the buses, but no glass was allowed. When the driver picked us up from our wedding venue, he yelled at the guests that no alcohol whatsoever was allowed on the bus because it is a school bus. The other driver that picked up the rest of the guests allowed alcohol as outlined in the contract. Both buses should have been on the same page.

In sum, First Student was amazing to work with. I just think the local bus companies need to be on the same page with company policies.

We had a great experience using First Charter Bus Rental. Booking was a smooth experience via phone. They promptly sent a reservation confirmation for our records. I noticed several days before our trip that there was a small error on our confirmation. I called and they easily remedied the situation. Day of the bus arrived promptly at the scheduled time. Overall a great experience!

On time & very friendly driver. We had a great time and no one had to worry about driving or finding parking. It was perfect!!

We were married on 7/15/22. We rented two buses from First Student to take our guests from the hotel to the venue, and then back again. They were reliable and flexible the day of when we didn’t have as many people as we thought. We were able to text with the driver and change the times of pick up without any trouble. I am happy with the experience and would recommend First Student as a wedding shuttle.

On time and professional! Guests said there was a drunk driver driving in front of the buses at the end of the night pick up and it was handled safely and wonderfully by the drivers by reporting it and not getting too close.

I have also heard we had some unruly guests on one bus (sorry!) and this was also handled well. Please send our apologies to the driver for us.
