Safe trip
Our bus driver Adam was excellent! He drove us safely on dark, snowy roads 3.5 hours to our destination.
Customer service was pleasant and helpful the several times when I called. Just a bit of a hassle that some of the minor changes could not be done via email. (The response I got to my emailed changes were to call them. That is fine, but then I have to sit on the phone while they make the changes, usually twice (for outbound trip and for return trip).)

Went well
Went well, though the exchange of paperwork and confirmations was difficult. For example, getting a hold of the certification of insurance took 3 separate calls.
I think it would help if one contact was assigned to a trip and their contact info and office hours provided.

Glad that drivers showed up, but...
Glad that people showed up when scheduled. But, drivers were not informed of the route they were supposed to run. If we hadn't had a point person there from our team, they would not have known what to do and where to go.
