New Year's Weekend shuttle service
We used First Charter for 3 nights over New Year's Weekend. They provided shuttle service to and from our hotel to our destinations each night. Our drivers were on-time, polite and great to work with. Our attendees loved having the transportation available and the friendliness of the drivers.

Very Impressed with First Student!
I work for a non-profit organization on the North Side of Pittsburgh, and this was our first time working with First Student. I am very impressed with their customer service both over the phone and via email. Their representatives are pleasant, very helpful and provided answers to all my questions leading up to our first trip. Our driver was extremely prompt and professional on the day of the event. I highly encourage you to consider using First Student!

Driver Didn’t Arrive for Either Pick Up. Refund Demanded
The bus driver came at 4:30. The pick up time was arrival at 3:15 and leave up at 3:30. When he arrived there were no guest there because the wedding started at 4. He thought the whole trip was cancelled.
He was supposed to pick up at 10:45 at the end of the wedding but never showed up.
I want a refund.
