Parcel force delayed the delivery but the veg is perfect

Outstanding quality of produce- a real treat every time it arrives!

My experience with First Choice Products, started very nice. All the eggs used to arrive safe, none broken. In time, though more and more things to complaint about. I ordered some cep mushrooms a few months ago and they arrived with worms. I said l should give it another go and ordered different mushrooms. These ones were absolutely filled with worms. The only good thing was that customer service was very responsive and they gave me a refund.
I was told that these things happen as they are wild mushrooms. This is not something that happens if you let it happen. Whoever is picking and selling the mushrooms, should know that wild mushrooms have worms but that's why they need to be controlled first before being put up on the market. As about the eggs arriving unbroken, l guess they need to think of another way of wrapping. I got others from a different company and the wrapping is way stronger and protects better.

I have ordered frozen apricots on the 2nd November. I have received a email today 4th November with a refund. was not informed that i will not get my products. no apologies. This is not the way to do business. I would avoid them in the future

Everything I have ordered from you has come quickly and in great condition. Will always place an order with you as you have such a variety and things you cannot buy elsewhere. Great stuff.

Excellent Delivery Service. Sadly the strawberries and raspberries were going mouldy when I looked - not up to the usual standard.

Products is amazing for UK market , I am very glad I can buy my favourite food on First Choice Product.
I suggest to think how to deliver frozen food in better quality bags

Part of my order was some frozen fruit which came with the damaged packaging so the juice went all over the rest of the produce in the box and it was quite a job to clean. What was even worse is some of it leaked outside of the box on the carpet in the hallway where the courier left it. Nobody replies to my email (with photos included).

Excellent service till now. Missing eggs from last order and was told would get a credit. Refunds normally on same day. More than a week later, 1 email and 2 messages via website, still no refund or any reply whatsoever. What’s happened to you, First Choice?

The products are great, the service is very speedy and the communication is great. I will buy again from them, unfortunately not as often as I would like because the quantity of product (1kg) is big for my little family...so I need time to consume it.

Not bad. Would be 5 stars if frozen wild strawberries were delivered frozen and not squashed. I got them defrosted and very poor quality.

Fantastic personal service. If there is something that is unavailable I always get a call to explain a and offer alternatives.

Brilliant service and quality of food fab thanks

I used to like buying from this shop so when I moved away from London and had to pay £7 for transport I was rather disappointed. After a lot of planning I decided to place an order for my husband birthday. He loves oysters so I wanted to surprise him. Unfortunately I was the one surprised as not in stock. I would have preferred to wait longer just to get them. Also to make this purchase worth the transport fee I added more things like heritage tomatoes which I always loved from this shop, but were not nice at all this time, and 3 more varieties of tomatoes, proved worse than much cheeper version from any supermarket. Also the Arlington white eggs were disappointing, I thought this would be same eggs that come in the breakfast package, and used to love, but there is nothing really special about them, and for that price it is not worth it. And last, a lot of meat products are overpriced (found the exact product from another distribuitor, cheaper with like with £3-£4 ... I am very disappointed with this purchase and really don't think I'll buy again.

Ordered a product and sent a different version, no response received despite sending an email and photos immediately…
