John has worked on our behalf
John has worked on our behalf, and it wasn’t easy!! We are traveling abroad with a certified service dog, but one airline gave us grief and the UK is a nightmare of paperwork!! John helped us through itinerary and airline changes with patience and ongoing communication. If he can put up with us with grace, he will be pleasant and effective to work with anyone! Thanks, John, for you help and professionalism!
