We asked Munic to send us a breakdown of costs. The invoice he emailed did not identify “handling fees” as we requested, only the total amount. We thought we were talking to an agent of United Airlines and this must be the ticket price. Later we learned that we had been charged $1421.00 more than the actual airline tickets cost. We even gave Munic the flight numbers when we made arrangements. At this point, I would not recommend First Fly Travel. (Is your business named this for a reason?)

Ragnar went above and beyond helping us research flight options for a trip. I appreciate his patience, knowledge,and diligence. You are lucky to have him as an employee.

I contacted First Fly Travel for a much longed- for trip to South Africa. My representative was Chad. Chad‘s customer service was friendly, polite and quite frankly, he provided me with impeccable service . I am an 80 year old senior, needing travel assistance and I guess Chad picked up on my nervousness in booking, impatience and anticipation to get my booking correct. He very ably calmed me down and reassured me that he would do his best to ensure I have a pleasant and long flight home. He took his time to do his research all the while keeping me informed of what he was doing. He walked me through all the steps, from airport assistance, to being able to secure preferable and suitable seat selections to answering any questions that I had.

Through all this had a bit of an anxiety attack and after I paid, I immediately expected my eticket to arrive. When I did not receive it after an hour, and unaware that Chad had left for the day, I called FirstFly and mentioned to Anton (my second) representative that I was considering cancelling my booking. Anton, again, assured me that he was there to help me, that lots of tickets were being issued and that I was in the line. He promised me that, before he left work, he would contact me and that I must not cancel my booking. True to his word, he texted me to let me know what my booking confirmation # was and a short while later I received my e-ticket.

Thank you very much Chad and Anton for dealing with a sometimes ‘difficult and/or impatient ’ customer. You are a winning team and I would recommend you both whenever I can. As an aside, Anton I will always remember #91 - go well. Norma and Eleanor

Anton gave me his time and went over many options for flights. He helped me determine which times to leave in the Winter and the airport to choose. He has a lot of experience in the travel industry.

Anton took much time to assist us through myriad problems rebooking our flights out of Palm Springs. This required changing from Delta to United. His patient help was invaluable 9/28/2024

Shine, with United Airlines, went above and beyond What I expected when she was helping me today.
I was having trouble changing a flight to enable a comfortable layover before getting on an international flight and she researched multiple ways to get this accomplished for me.
She was very patient, kind, and informative

I was having trouble booking a flight and Logan helped with that. Then due to airline issues it had to be changed to another city. Logan as the lead agent as well as several others; I believe Phillip, Jordan, and ?Zank, we’re incredibly gracious and helpful as it was difficult to arrange. Logan was excellent at giving me follow up phone calls after each issue was resolved.

Anton was extremely helpful, and kind, & patient. And he was very interesting. We had quick conversation about my cat's name Ulysses, Of a poem by Alford lord tennesseyn, as he is traveling with me.
He was very helpful with getting all info correctly. He is an asset to your company and is very personable.

Anton was superb with our travel plans!! Our trip to New York became messed up big time and Anton worked tirelessly to help us!! He was so kind and efficient, we can not say enough good about how he helped us time after time!! Highest recommendation for sure! 09-27/2024

Rachel was the bomb. She took care of everything. There was a lot of errors due to my travel agent. She straightened everything out really helped me. She was Very helpful very patient and took care of everything we needed. I couldn’t be happier.

I have talked with Ragnar on a few occasions and the first time I was so happy, as Ragnar helped me get my two return tickets with different return dates. Plus I travelled with two cats and he explained everything to the T and made my anxiety go away with his calm, personal and professional demeanor❣️ Ragnar is my go to when I need to fly anywhere now. When I have questions about a trip he’s very courteous and always answers promptly! I feel really safe knowing he has my back.

Wow! Edwin Jones. Ext-10053 was amazing today. He was patient and informative. Edwin spent the time to address my concerns and explain options.

I had a wonderful time talking to Ferris. He is knowledgeable and patient in talking to me. He explain and guide to where I am suppose to go. He make sure to direct me on the website and it is the most helpful to me. I want to thank him personally.
