Excellent customer service, friendly people, cars always nice and clean and run without any problems.

We always go to First Self Drive for van hire, the service is excellent, and couldn't have been more helpful. The staff are friendly and fitted us in at very short notice, nothing is too much trouble. We highly recommend First Self Drive.

Excellent hassle free service from the guys at Norwich. Very respectful of maintaining a good customer experience during covid. Everything explained up front no hidden costs. Very handy being able to leave my vehicle on-site whilst I had the hire vehicle.

Jonathan was quick to reply to my emails when I had any questions prior to booking. The booking process was easy and the team were very welcoming when I came to collect. I was given a much bigger/better car than I was expecting at no extra cost. I was a little apprehensive about it being an automatic but the team were very patient and spent the time to make sure I was comfortable before I drove away. Overall an excellent experience and would definitely book again.

A really helpful, accommodating company! I needed a hire car in an emergency, and they were so helpful and able to provide me with a lovely Ford Fiesta on the spot. The car itself was lovely to drive and very well kept, and I thoroughly enjoyed using it. I really felt that I could trust this company as they made sure to explain all of their policies and procedures before I paid, and went through all the car’s features to make sure I felt comfortable driving away in it. They even allowed me to extend the hire pretty last minute when I needed to, and were really accommodating and understanding. Would thoroughly recommend and use again!

Very clean, well maintained 2020 Kia Ceed. Good level of fuel to start our hire 5/8ths full! Sat Nav, air con and reversing camera.
All the guys were so, so friendly, David was very enthusiastic and thorough with pre drive off checks.
£200 refundable deposit, refunded as soon as car handed back.
Will recommend and use again.

Thought I’d try an independent van hire company this time and I wasn’t disappointed. Friendly and efficient customer service, nearly new Boxer van and a convenient location in the city centre. Will definitely be returning to First Self Drive at some point.

I have been meaning to leave a review for First self-drive for some time. They have never let me down they have always been professional and they have always gone over and beyond to help me. Plus they are really nice people to deal with. If you cant get on with them then you need to look at yourself.

Rented a Luton van for a house move. The van was easy to drive. The vans features were explained really well when at the depot.

The team sorted out car hire for me at very short notice and at very good rate. I've only recently moved to the area and I think I hit on the best rental company first time. I would definitively hire from First Self Drive again and would very much recommend them for, value for money, excellent customer service, high quality vehicles and honesty.

I have been a customer to First Self Drive since 2005, always very satisfied, excellent service, and nothing is to much trouble. Very polite and friendly and did I mention this "excellent prices" too.
Go on give them a try you wont regret it.

We couldn't recommend First Self Drive any higher. The customer service was excellent from start to finish, as was the van we hired.

Few places rent Luton vans, and we went with First Self Drive based on the previous reviews and were certainly not disappointed.

The van was clean, tidy and in great condition and perfect for our needs. We'll certainly be coming back again!
