Our party wall situation was stressful due to external deadlines and the local authority on the other side. First Space was efficient and superb. Our surveyor was brilliant. He was unfailingly patient with our increasingly shrill emails and always took our calls. He was professional doing his best in complicated circumstances. Very much satisfied with the way the whole process was handled and would highly recommend them.

I was extremely satisfied with First Space. They acted for us on a party wall matter for a rear extension on our house. We were dealing with contractors who were antsy to get started as the process had already been delayed due to the lockdowns we have been in and out of.

I had quite a complicated party wall issue when undertaking my house extension and reached out to several surveyors before choosing First Space. Our appointed surveyor was the most approachable and accessible of the surveyors I had spoken to. He provided excellent advice right from the first call, and throughout the journey, which enabled us to quickly get to a point where we could start work on our extension. The pricing was fair, and his work was exceptional. I highly recommend.

Money well spent for such a big decision! First Space quickly got back to our request for a building survey on a property in Islington. We were able to book the survey within a few days of our enquiry. The survey was comprehensive, and our surveyor was knowledgeable. He patiently discussed all our questions in detail and what he honestly thought about the properties in condition. Will use them in the future and would highly recommend.
