Company and the people are amazing. Some of the nicest most helpful I've met. Took the time to answer all my questions. Like the product except for the drawstring on the pant legs. It's on the outside of the and it rubs my leg and is annoying. I don't know why it's there, I've never seen it there. Front of leg of inside of the leg.

Quick shipping, easy to navigate site, good prices for quality product. Had one item arrive with a defect. Prompt replies from customer service. After sending a few photos I was advised they agreed with my complaint and immediately sent replacement product, Even upgraded my replacement when my size was not available.

Ordered two pairs of the Velocity Tactical Pants and one pair of the Tactix Tactical Pants. All three fit as expected, and after wearing them for over a week I must say I really like these pants! I'll be ordering more from First Tactical.

I bought my first pair of these at Godfrey's tactical in Junction City Ks [Active Duty Army, Ft Riley] and I loved them the minute I tried them on. When I saw the deal I couldn't pass them up.
These are easily my favorite pants now, It's just gotta cool down a bit before they get put in to heavy rotation

The pants I bought were the tactix series and are no longer available which makes me very sad because I can’t find anything else I think I would like as well.
The BHU pants pockets are huge & stick out to the side a lot which I don’t love.
Also I prefer the fit & comfort of first tactical pants but they didn’t last half as long as my 511s which are still in use. The seams in my first tactical pants gave and they are not tight.

First Tactical pants fit betyet and are more comfortable than ANY other pants i have purchased ever!

I started with a pair of boots just to get threw the academy. I’m now 5 years in my career as a Firefighter/EMT, on my second pair of boots, currently wearing a pair of First Tactical socks, have a Firest Tactical jump bag in my POV, with a trama insert bag on its way. Needless to say I trust this gear to provide, comfort, professionalism, protection, and the added unique bonus to customize that really sets it apart from other brands.

Had i known it was coming from hong Kong, i would have NOT bought it!!! Secondly $40 for this crap is WAY too much!! MAYBE $20... RIP OFF!!! Yes please send my my refund! Absolutely no power to it whatsoever!! HELLO!! CAN I GET A RESPONSE?? SO BE IT ILL JUST REPORT YOU! SCAM!

Ordering and confirmation experience was fairly seamless with no issues encountered. Two stars removed for shipping. Unfortunately, with free 2-3 day shipping available from larger online retailers, the standard/ground shipping offered by First Tactical seems to take forever and is still not free. IMHO this merits an 'Average' rating. A 'Great' rating would be free standard shipping. An 'Excellent' rating would be free 2-3 day shipping.

Takes so long to get the product, ordered it on July 11 or something and it wont come till Jul 24. Otherwise products are good.
