I get first vet through Napo and have been amazing so far.
Great Service
First time using The FirstVet app found it easy to set up we had an appointment within 30 minutes and the Vet called on time. The video call was excellent we was given great advice and our minds set at ease. The emailed journal was brilliant it detailed our pup’s symptoms what was discussed so we didn’t have to worry we had forgotten anything important. Highly recommend this service.
Order not fulfilled & no notification received
As others have said, this company advertises deals & is happy to take your money. You receive an order notification email & wait for days for your order to arrive. Only to eventually receive a refund, with no courtesy email to say they've cancelled (or are unable to fulfill) your order.
Terrible, non-existant, customer service. Potential buyers beware. Would not recommend!!!

Advertising products they don't have in stock at a discount then just refund the payment without any correspondence whatsoever and then find out the items are still for sale but at over full price.
Just a scam to gain your trust.

Requested a product, initially couldn't fulfil order in full and then couldn't fulfil at all as Out of Stock. Now waiting for a refund so have funds to purchase what my dog needs to stay healthy

I had a great experience with FirstVet. I had a non emergency issue with my dog that I new I needed to monitor, but had no idea when I should take my dog to see the vet. A lovely vet explained to me when I should do that and what symptoms should prompt me to see the vet earlier. Exactly what I needed! Highly recommend!

Super easy, quick and professional service. Got some great advice from a Vet in a video call, hours before our local vets opened.
What a useless inaccessible system
What a useless system. Have spent over an HOUR just trying to get their useless app to send me a four digit code so I can get a vet appointment. To get to this part of the booking I had already tried to book the appointment and upload a photo only for the system to insist on sending me a 4 digit code to my phone. The code never arrives. The app is the essential part of this system and is currently not working - so much for being able to get a vet appointment 24/7 - meanwhile - as it's the weekend there is no one at all to report this uselessness to. I have sent an email to their so called support only to get an auto reply saying they don't work weekends! Their system does not recognise my phone number - yet if I try to Sign Up - it tells me there is already my phone number in their system.

A 111 service for pets medical advice.
Thank you to the vet who gave advice on what to do via the video call at the unsociable time of Sunday evening. I was able to get my dog sorted at the nearest emergency vets. This is a free service with my insurer Many Pets and I am grateful for it's existence.

We are feeding our little four legged puppy with Acana food which is one of the best brand on the market but hard to get treats in UK.
After hours of search I found firstvet and they do not just sell the dry food but the treats as well!
As I have not heard of them before I ordered just one of each to see if they are genuine.
Order received after 2 days! Was very happy, and puppy over the moon!
I was happy to see they had it on promotion so ordered more before we run out of it!

Ordered dog food, out of stock, payment taken.
Ordered 2 bags of dog food, payment taken immediately, received an email 24 hours later that the item was out of stock and would shipped when in. No good if your running out. Very poor to take payment before confirming stock and no answer on telephone.

I bought special dietary cat food through this company which was over £60, to then receive an e-mail the next day stating they can't supply what they sold me and they would refund me which could take up to 10 days. How can a company sell you something they don't have and then hold on to your money for up to 10 days? Steer well clear!!
First order arrived today quite quickly…
First order arrived today quite quickly but instead of 12 cans of dog food 12 little sachets totally different from my order. Contacted by phone been told to send photographic evidence of what arrived by email . No word of apology. I am 75 and totally no idea if I have sent what is needed. It made me feel like my word was not good enough. Too much stress for me. Disappointed. I have had a phone call explaining they needed photo of the wrong order to give their warehouse and did apologise and said I could keep the sachets but I said so long as they sent a prepaid label I would return them. So alls well that ends well. My original tinned dog food is on its way.
Very helpful, wonderful vets
I had a video consultation with Dr Cindy Blick for my poorly kitten Luna. I was able to get an appointment within 45 minutes. I’ve been so worried about Luna, as she was having trouble breathing. Cindy was incredibly helpful, reassuring, and very compassionate and she quickly picked up on some signs (Luna’s respiratory rate) in the video call that even I hadn’t noticed! I’ve been advised to go to the vet within 24hrs, and most importantly the journal notes that were emailed to me will be very helpful to get the vet to take Luna seriously. Thank you so much.
Bad pricing advertising
Ordered cat food products from these online only to be informed later the same day they had the price wrong due to system error (that old chestnut) and would refund my payment which I now have to wait five days for, whilst thanking me for my understanding..which I don’t have. They should honour the price they advertise. But I guess greediness wins. I don’t give the one star for such service but have to select that to leave a review.

Ordered Eukanuba dog food from Firstvet 2 week's ago and it should of been here in 3 day's.
Rang them after 6 day's and they guaranteed me it would be here this week by Wednesday or Thursday and still not here and it's Saturday. Ran out of dog food today and had to go and buy some from the shop.
If they want new customers this is not a good way of getting them. Terrible.
I had quicker parcels arrive from China.
Would definitely recommend.
The vet I spoke to was Helpful and concise, Didn't use Jargon that my dumb self wouldn't understand and helped reassure me for the entire 10 minute conversation. Overall it was a very helpful and pleasant experience, and free with Waggel. With that service, I wouldn't have minded paying the fee. what's not to love? I would definitely recommend this app.

I have this service free with my pet insurance so wondered how good it was actually going to be. Honestly, I can’t fault it. I logged on and managed to book an appointment within 15 minutes, the vet was very thorough, asking plenty of questions about my puppy to get a full picture.
I was looking for some reassurance and that’s definitely what I got, the vet even followed up with an in depth email about what we had discussed and what my next steps to take were.
So reassuring to know that I have this advice at the end of the phone without having to get a face to face appointment.
