UX/UI is very intuitive and pleasant, you can do anything you need (at least for a small business perspective).
The only really big problem i have, is that there's no concept of "profile". There's no profile page, no way to set any basic user setting, especially a very crucial one: email notifications.
The site expects you to be on in DAILY, because any thing that could happen and require your attention, will ONLY be notified in the dashboard of the site.
Someone sends you an invoice? Taxes to be paid? Problems in any documentation? Not a SINGLE email is sent, and that is FRUSTRATING.
If this problem isn't addressed in the next few months, i will NOT renew my subscription, since it's been reported already AFAIK.
It's unfeasible or simply not pleasant, for some people, having to constantly check the website.
I send out invoices once per month, why should be on the site daily anyway??
