I have just completed the registration and their customer service is excellent!
I have just completed the registration of my first business with Fiscozen and I must admit that I am very happy about how it went! All went very smooth: all employees are very friendly, very open to answer any questions (even some complex ones), they are fast to reply (no more than half a day max.) and in general, very competent. I must congratulate especially Nicola, who was my first contact from Fiscozen. In the initial call, we went together through the most important points of my future business and discussed what would be needed to set it up. I had also an initial consultation call from FlexTax, since I wanted to hear both options, and Fiscozen's first call with Nicola was by far better, more personal and competent! I also had more questions later and he quickly answered them thoroughly. After paying the annual fee and business opening fee, all went smooth and Elena accompanied me through the necessary steps, and answering some more questions. Regarding the customer service they offer: top of the class!
I also like that always the same employee answers, which makes the whole customer service experience more personal and pleasant.
One thing that might be improved: they never mentioned that I have some freedom to choose my sole proprietorship business name. In my case, I have two first names and if I would have known earlier that using my exact and complete name is not compulsory, I would have chosen to only use my first name together with my surname.
Anyway, well done Fiscozen. I am looking forward to a successful year of business together!

Great Service
The team at Fisconzen are very helpful and get back to you quickly with the information you require. I engaged with Nicola over e-mail and used google translate as my Italian is still quite poor but they were still able to assist me with questions I had for my very specific circumstances. Nicola was extremely prompt in getting back to me and was great to talk to.
