Ordered a Reel and Line. Much cheaper than UK Tackle companies. It took 7 days to arrive, but it came from Holland and Tracking was excellent. My query was answered quickly and pleasantly. Goods arrived in perfect condition. Will definitely order again.

UK Buyers… Beware!
Despite having a .co.uk domain, this is not a UK company. They are in Holland. The 2-5 day delivery thing is… just a plain lie. Whenever you need whatever you are ordering for, double your timeframe. Returns are also a complete nightmare. Read the other reviews - 4 weeks for a refund AND they deduct the return postage cost from your refund. Customer service takes over 24 hours to reply to any messages.
Fishdeal is not a scam as such, but it’s not far off it in my view. Just bad service.
To sum up, you’re better off just ordering from a UK based supplier. The slight cost saving just isn’t worth the hassle.

Sorry but, that company is scam. Understand when delivery products could be damaged happening, but return process and replacement process its a joke, almost 4 weeks after purchase and 2 weeks after returning damaged product still not received any email from fishdeal.co.uk about where is my replacement product!!! So looks im scammed for £100. That was my first and last shopping with fishdeal.

Damaged box missing parts
The gift I ordered arrived bruised and battered the delivery driver advised that the box was opened so he tapped it up .When we opened it to check the contents we have missing items but getting this sorted is turning into a real issue. I sent pictures of bothe the box and what was in it .I advised what was missing but can't seem to get anyone to confirm that they will replace the missing stuff .
