Never in 13 years if business have we been spoken to as we have today by Charmaine Parker of the Doncaster office! Absolutely the rudest, most disrespectful person we have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. We rent multiple commercial properties and are landlords ourselves, yet when raising an issue with her we were basically told 'tough, sort it yourself'.

When speaking with our Managing Directors, they could not get a word in, and every time we tried to have a conversation, we were shut down by this extremely rude person. Each time we tried to get a point across we were dismissed, it is unacceptable in every way.

Fisher German you should be ashamed to associate yourselves with such disgraceful customer service. We will be raising a formal complaint and also advising landlords just what kind of service they are paying for. Absolutely disgusting service, which is not acceptable in any way for a professional company.

Unbelievable. Pay £4k a month and had my entire weekend ruined by a shooting party that turned up, no notice from the agents, and ran amok around the property. Dogs and humans going to the toilet wherever and regardless of the fact it was our garden. Surely someone from the agency should have warned us. We couldn’t get our 10 year old from his chorister session as they had blocked us in. Nasty entitled individuals who Don’t care anbout anything but themselves and that goes for the agents too.

Horrendous company, they will block you're interest in a rental at every move and try to get you to rent higher priced locations siting problems with change of use etc. Baffling and disgusting behaviour.

I appointed Fisher German as joint agents to sell my commercial property for sale, full credit they found me a buyer , however through out the whole transaction I felt my agents were batting for the buyer rather than me(especially as I am paying them a commission to sell my property) to the point under duress I was asked to pay legal fees which buyer should have paid as they were not happy with tennancy agreement. The tennancy agreement had worked fine for me for several years, I agreed on the basis only if completion took place by specific date! This did not happen and inspite of a delay of 20 days I was made to feel I was being unreasonable by Fisher German.
They were supposed to be my agents and I am paying for their services instead all along I felt they were batting for the other team

MY VIEW WAS CONFIRMED AS THEY ARE NOW ACTING FOR BUYERS! An obvious conflict of interest if this had been agreed prior to my sale being completed!
