My son and I had a 3 hour lesson with mark. Both really enjoyed it and mark was very helpful and knowledgeable.
Would recommend.

Mark is a great tutor. He knew exactly how to keep my children (10 and 8) engaged whilst also passing on the detail I needed to be be able to pick up fishing fundamentals quickly. Mark has a depth of knowledge that he can share in easy to understand steps. We all managed to catch fish on the day and had such a great time!

We had a great afternoon learning the basics of course fishing with Mark. He is a very supportive and patient teacher and the lessons are very well organised. Good fun too! I feel much more confident now to go out fishing with my 8-year old son.

Booked a session for 4 as a birthday gift for my brother. We were all complete beginners and Mark was great with us. We had fun and had a great time learning. Mark was patient and happy to explain things whenever asked. He did his best to make sure we get the most out of our time. We’re discussing our next session already

Just got back from a terrific morning with Mark. Gave the experience to a friend for his 77th and went along as well.
Neither of us had been near a fishing rod for over 60 years. Mark made it a hugely enjoyable time. Well done mark and I caught most fish

The lessons were for my 13 yo grandson Freddy.
Mark being a very knowledgable, friendly and pleasant man made Freddy feel very relaxed with him almost immediately. Mark obviously has a gift of making his clients feel at ease. On the first lesson Freddy, had a great day and caught 5 gorgeous carp, one of which was 11.50lbs plus some Rudd and roach.
I cannot recommend Mark highly enough not simply because of his angling tutoring skills but because people take to him.

My adult children bought me fishing tuition lessons with Mark . I must say it was a fantastic experience from start to finish.
Mark is extremely patient, explaining things as many times as necessary . I don’t think I could have had a better experience, catching plenty of fish over several lessons. If you are interested in learning how to fish, I would not hesitate in recommending Mark .

Easy to book on line and Mark got in contact to confirm the lesson I took my grandson for his birthday present and he absolutely loved it
Mark was so amazing the way he taught him got him engaged straight away was excellent Mark is brilliant explaining not only the process but also why you do things in which order that my 8 year old grandson completely took on board as mark spoke to him in such a professional and friendly manner
My other grandchildren now want to go so have booked for them and Oscar has had second lesson as Mark can accommodate after school lessons as well

What an experience fishing with Mark. He is a very knowledgeable angler with a great understanding of where to catch smooth hounds, bass, tope and many other fish. I can highly recommend a day out on Northern Lights with him.

My partner and I had a fantastic boat trip, it was lovely to see the seals. Mark is very knowledgeable with the area and local wildlife.
Felt very safe onboard with life jackets provided and safety advice.
Mark is also a brilliant photographer, he took many pictures which were sent over on the same day.

Had great trips with Mark, a very experienced Angler, both Fresh & Salt Water ( aboard " Northern Lights " ). I've caught Carp to 36lb & good numbers of Bass, Smooth Hound ETC, under his tuition. Well Worth Booking....
