I didn’t get my package

I didn’t get my package. I don’t think it is your fault but It said it was delivered to two different locations. Neither were my home. But straight to an ups drop off hub and when I went to both, neither of the places had my package.

Thank you for your review and I sincerely apologize for the delivery issues you experienced. I've looked into your package's tracking information and can confirm that UPS has initiated an investigation into this lost package situation.
Unfortunately, once the package leaves our facility, delivery issues fall under the carrier's responsibility and we're limited in what we can do from our end while their investigation is ongoing.
However, if UPS determines the package is lost and it gets returned to us, I'd be happy to reship your order using a different carrier to ensure you receive it properly. Please don't hesitate to reach out to support@sportfishtackle.com if you'd like to discuss alternative shipping options.

Im very happy with this webshop

Im very happy with this webshop. The only problem I had, was a wrong Item ( to small bag) that I returned and this cost me for return postings, one third of the cost of the bag. 20 plus euro's... Thats needs to change, with a return porto return label in the box gor the Netherlands. Thatd is a bummer 🤐 But i keep buying here.

Good service

I ordered A transducer. At first it was not working. So i contact the webshop and they give tips how to activate the transducer.
After that it's working.
So 5 stars for the good service and Quick delivery.

It took three weeks for delivery and…

It took three weeks for delivery and when I kindly asked to exchange a product I as told it would be entirely at my expense. Wake up guys…it’s 2025 not 2005.

Never again.

Great and fast service.

I've ordered the day after new year (Tuesday) a new sea fishing reel, line and some lures on the dutch site of sportFishtackle (actually located in sweden). The same evening I've recieved a notification that the package was being picked up by UPS. On Wednesday I recieved tracking information and to my surprise on Friday I was able to pick it up. That was way faster then I anticipated. Great service, good prices. Definitely going to order more seafishing equipment.

I ordered a wading package Simms

I ordered a wading package Simms, I just decided to proceed with the replacement of one boots 41 with a 42, they received the parcel, they refunded me and told that I had to place a new order for the 42 but the price is not the same !!! They refunded me the value of the package 150 euros while the order for the boots only is 200 euros, 50 euros more !!!! I did not order the boots on their website and I will never place any order anymore with them.
