False prices advertised
They advertised prices on their website which are not real. You try to order then the order confirmation doesn't come through, they accept payment and then claim they can't sell the products to you at that price. Stay clear of this company.

You're right that the prices shown on our Irish domain were incorrect — they were the result of a pricing error that placed them significantly below our own cost price. This was entirely our mistake, and we should have caught it sooner.
We also recognise that your first order didn't sync correctly to our system, which caused further delay and inconvenience. We refunded that order in full, but we understand that doesn't make up for the time and disappointment involved.
We want to be clear: we never intended to mislead you, and we take full responsibility for the errors on our end. Our team is still looking into whether there is anything further we can do regarding the pricing on your second order.

This store is really unreliable first with the way they shipped their combos DO NOT BUY COMBO RODS Mine came all massacred and when i returned them one week and one day ago on the dot I still didn’t hear back from them about a refund or any information really. I wish things turned out differently but they did not. And i will never buy again

Hello, it looks like you where in contact with us thursday last week. Looking at the tracking code for your return it looks like the parcel has been delayed by UPS - but its on the way. Like we mentioned in the communication earlier, you will of course get a full refund as soon as we receive your package.
