Fishing Tackle and Bait Reviews 

I’ve been a customer for a while and always received great service. However, I’ve recently started pole fishing and the help and advice I’ve received from staff has been second to none. The lads working there are brilliant, and Mark, who has already given me lots of help and advice before, spent the best part of two hours getting me set up with a new pole, fitting elastic to all the top kits and making sure I had everything I needed. Would recommend this place to anyone for any of there fishing needs, the selection of products is massive and there’s always someone there to help find what you need, offer advice and work to your budget.

Honestly so painfully slow to send your purchases. 5 working days now. And still no sign of it being dispatched. I could walk to Ireland in that time. For the sake of a quid or two use another company.

Awful bussiness. They dont have any stock they say will dispatch your order in 4 to 7 working days, after 6 days I told them if they dont dispatch my items I want a refund. They went for the refund because they have no stock, poor little bussiness

I have been waiting for my order to be shipped I ordered it on the 17th of May and still has not been shipped

I have ordered a good amount of items off this website with no issue. Unfortunately, the one time I needed customer support to step in and help I can immediately see where all these negative reviews come from. A common theme of not taking responsibility and having a bad attitude can be seen on the 1 star reviews which are backed up with FTBs responses to some of the reviews.

I ordered a Sidetray, this came fully unpackaged and missing all of the adaptors for the legs. I initially asked if they had sent an ex display model to which they seemed insulted by. I’m not sure why this insulted them as this is exactly what it looked like.

Customer service is practically unmanned for large portions of the day leading to huge wait times to get any sort of response. They have been exceptionally unapologetic throughout the whole process. They even tried to blame me for them having extra expense for a DPD collection that never arrived!!! I’m still waiting for a response stating that I just want a refund at this point.

This company is a joke and I won’t be spending a penny here again. The employees are either incompetent or don’t care, probably both.

Placed an order and I’m currently on week 3 still waiting and everytime I’ve messaged the attitude and snotty response is a joke. I’ve spent a lot on tackle from this bussines I won’t be anymore.

Sent the wrong breaking strain of rods ordered , Do not communicate, Won't send the correct rods until Isend the others back via DPD which Iam still in the process of trying to do but they wont organise it with DPD. no Stars if possible!

Informed Monday it was now in stock ready to be delivered 3/52 late. Actually turns out that the rod is not in stock.
Would never recommend this company for reliability or integrity.

Items arrived 2 weeks after ordering. Can't fault product, but service is poor

Truly disgusting i place ordered on the 30th they said online between 3 to 5 working days now they’re telling me it’s not gonna arrive until the 10th or the 11th, do not believe what it say on their website regarding delivery and when you speak to them they just try and fob you off. I will never purchase anything from this company again.

Placed an expensive order on 8th January then at 20th January order still not processed. 3 fishing rods a rod holdall and a reel . There had apparently been a fire at a fulfilment warehouse that’s stopping them from actioning orders but they are still happily taking orders even though they can’t fulfill them . No warning on website of 20days delay to posting items .
I got fed up with waiting so cancelled my order so I can go shop elsewhere and get it delivered the following day. Avoid until they get themselves sorted out.

Do not use! I ordered a TDM reel which they advertise on their website as coming with a spare spool and it turned up without one. I called up and they said that the reel comes without a spare spool and that descriptions may not be accurate. The person I spoke to was combative and kept cutting me off. I wouldn’t have preferred the reel if I had have known and now I am responsible for the return cost. Absolute joke

My experience with this store has been absolutely top-notch. I highly suggest purchasing here! If you're considering it, don't hesitate.
