Absolutely terrible

Absolutely terrible!
I received an item that had no signs of authenticity whatsoever so asked for a refund. The item was hundreds of pounds. I emailed the seller. He was dismissive and refused to refund me despite me sending countless pictures as evidence. In addition to that he sent pictures of his mates group chat with them saying ‘Tryna have one over on u, it’s fine’ as confirmation of its legitimacy????? Still cannot not believe the level of unprofessionalism.
Overall, the worst experience I’ve had and I have reported as a fake item.
