I have given 2 stars simply because I have not used the app yet and I do not intend to due to the misleading information, it stated that you pay £24.99 for 6 months per month and once you go onto payment it say this is n induction sale price and after the first month you will pay £49.99 I have since sent numerous emails with no reply. I went to cancel my subscription only to be told via the link that my subscription has been cancelled after July so I will be charged £49.99 per month from February -July. This is not a service I want and although I paid the £24.99 assuming this was for 6 months it has all been misleading and what seems like an entrapment. I will follow with legal steps due to misleading information and entrapment. I will also be contacting my bank account to revoke all payments that are attempted on my bank cards. I will be contacting stripe to report this and ask them to remove my bank details from this companies stripe account, anything else that I can do to put an end to this I will be doing. I will update to let you all know the outcome

They have an auto-renewal set up and will refuse to refund your money. I had tried the app a year ago and didn’t like it, but I had paid for the year, so I sucked it up. Yesterday, I received another charge for a year’s subscription and immediately reached out to them but they are refusing to refund my money. There are better, more customer-friendly apps out there. Do not use this one.

Lack of personal support and accountability
Second bad experience with FitCoach.
After my first negative experience with this company, they asked me to reach out to find a solution. I tried contacting them three times, but each time, I only received automated responses from an AI, all unrelated to my initial request. This lack of personal support and accountability is disappointing and feels unprofessional. Be cautious if you’re considering this company.

User-friendly app but the company is quite cynical
User-friendly app. Good exercise options that are easy to tailor to your fitness levels. I like it.
The company is quite cynical though:
- The app doesn't alert to upcoming payments
- If you don't use the app for a number of months, it doesn't send you notifications to remind you. Coupled with the point above, this means you can end up paying for the service without remembering you are.
- There is no option to turn off fasting even though many people regard fasting as dangerous.
Edit: Their reply below is equally cynical because they imply this is confusion on my part without addressing why they don't send renewal emails, or alerts when users haven't used their app in a couple of months. As a result of their cynicism, I'm reducing my rating score from three stars to two.

One of the few fitness apps that I've Really Liked
One of the few fitness apps that I've really liked and kept with it. They give you an overview of each exercise while doing the exercise and also give you time to move to the next set, which some others do not. It is well organized and I like all the different exercises and don't feel bored.

Wish I had read the reviews before signing up for this app. The app did not work for me personally and when they've taken money from my bank they are now refusing to issue a refund when it clearly states on their website that if the app doesn't work they will issue a full refund.
Customer services are shocking and literally will claim anything to try and not give you your money back. Now having to go through the bank to claim.
Save your time, energy and money and stay well clear of these scam artists!

The app has been wonderful
The app has really been helpful with the ability to choose your goals and the availability to adjust your challenge level. It would be nice to have the ability to configure time for each session. It get's to be challenging with long workout sessions when you have limited time bandwidth to complete the session.
