So my bank have now acclerated the legal fraud claim, plus European Trading Standards have said they are supporting my claim against you disgusting lying individuals.
Get IN THERE I NOW HAVE EMAIL CONFIRMATION THEY "FITCOACH" WILL BE FINED BY TRADING STANDARDS. Lying persons, good ridance.

Deceptive auto-billing scam
Deceptive auto-billing scam. They continue to charge you $99 even after you have cancelled. They appear to either have a chatbot running emails, or they respond but never actually cancel and continue to charge you. Super frustrating. Avoid, avoid, avoid!!

It's so clever how you reply to reviews on here telling customers that your more than happy to resolve issues, yet Emilie who replies to these emails send the same stupid response every time, she is not a real person. You will be hearing from my bank soon regarding this as they are now handling this and it appears many of your other ripped off customers have also had to resort to this!!!

Great variety but I would like to add my own additional days/workouts
I love the variety of workouts and that they are not the same each time. What I wish someone could do is set some schedules manually, as well as your pre-programmed workouts, such as I want to stretch every every morning and every every evening and it won't let me manually add that to the workout day

I’ve just read the reviews of other people and I’ve experienced the same issue. This company is underhand and have ignored emails to cancel this subscription - which I did not know I had signed up to. I will also be reporting this to my bank as fraudulent. I hope other people read these reviews so that they do not get scammed too!

Terrible experience!
Terrible experience!! I decided to try the 7 day trial and canceled promptly on the fifth day. I have a screenshot of my cancellation which shows the date. FitCoach continued charging me for March, April, May, June, and July, unbeknownst to me. I have sent three emails in the last month, received one response saying they have a heavy workload and will get back to me ASAP. There is no phone number to call. I have had to go through my credit card company to try to get my money back.

I placed a ONE-TIME order with FitCoach a while ago and did not want to take out a subscription.
They force people to subscribe in a hidden way without their knowledge and this is nothing else than a scam. I want an immediate refund from them otherwise, further cuts will be initiated.
Making money with hidden subscriptions is so shameful.
And no, they don’t prioritize transparency in billing and they don‘t inform you before you take out a subscription. I am a very inquisitive reader and the info about a subscription was not apparent. Be careful! Hands off this dishonest company! The countless negative reviews speak for themselves.
