Useful program
I found the FitCoach program to be very useful. Much of it is a bit tough for an old guy like yours truly (77). Just a few suggestions: Background music would be nice, a couple of grammar corrections needed with your instructor (AI?) and a few more varied programs so the same combination of exercises don't keep coming up.

Overall excellent app
Different exercises to do and not extremely long so you can actually do the work out. I wish they had a choice between beginner and intermediate. Beginner to easy and intermediate is hard. I guess im getting my work out in. Love the different choices in workouts as well. I had cancelled my subscription but will join back up after the year is over.

Joined yesterday and cancelled today.
App to difficult to navigate, although I've joined for the promotional free 1 month it's not recognising and asking me the same questions pre membership then asking for payment again. Not recognising my e mail address that I had used to join with FitCoach.

I liked the freedom and versatility of this program. The workouts were simple but challenging and easy to follow. People were commenting on the changes to my body 2 weeks into the plan.

Feel good
The programme is varied and achievable, I enjoy it and feel better even though I miss the odd day. My body is beginning to feel like mine for the first time in years. I have a way to go but I'm enjoying the journey.

I signed up for a trial
Month @ £15.95, did not enjoy the app so deleted it assuming that was the end of it. Apparently not as they have tried to charge me for further months @ £38.95 something I did not agree to, or at least I wasnt aware of. It seems a very underhanded way of working ( although profitable for them am sure). I have blocked all future payment requests but have tried downloafing the app again to cancel but says no active sub… and yet 3 requests for payment in last 48 hours

Exercises and difficulty levels are great. My only problem is the workout doesn’t always sync with my Apple Watch, sometimes the connection drops mid work out.

BEWARE
BEWARE. Just checked the subscription and see that, although I signed up for a one off yearly amount, I had in fact been set to pay a three monthly fee in the next few weeks. This was not what I sign up for.
Avoid and use a different more honest app.
Gosh even their automated bot response is infuriating!!

my wife doesn't recall getting this app but has been billed £38.95 for it, we cannot afford to pay this subscription. it seems like a very underhand company that will take money without clarity on its billing. and now we have to try and find a way to get the money back.
