Complete a fit coach for one month. And I really liked it. So I subscribed for a year and I lost inches.
since I have subscribed for the year. I am unable to get to my manage account so I can cancel at the end of my year. I feel like I am doing the same exercises over and over again and I do not feel challenged.

I'm enjoying it but I have a knee injury nothing to do with the exercise..... And wish I could find exercises that are not on the floor or kneeling down..... But other than that I'm lost 2 Stone last year doing it.

It was great at the beginning but then too much and it wouldn’t let me reset to do less minutes and I ended up with heal spurs from walking. Wish it had a reset button

THIEVES! Customer service does not exist. Avoid at all costs.
On March 2 I registered for the 30-day trial and cancelled on March 28. On April 2 and May 3 I was billed for $30.99.
On April 16, April 24 & May 3 I requested a refund and received the below auto-reply each time:

hard to navigate/confusing
thought i did the daily plan then it told me i didnt and had another one?? A little confising, but was only the first day, see if it goes smoother.
Also, the pointers came after the timer started. it would be good to have the pointers to each poistion mentioned before timer and reminder during, maybe let the timer run a bit longer.
