Working through issues with my order

UPDATE 26/6/25

I have now received my reformer. There are a couple of issues with it that I am working through with Fit Boutique and will update my review and rating once these issues are resolved.

ORIGINAL REVIEW:
I ordered a reformer in May, after two weeks I was told it would be shipped that week. It wasn’t. A week later I was told it would be shipped soon. The following week I was told it had been shipped but the tracking details hadn’t updated.
I contacted the courier Fit Boutique said have my reformer and they confirmed that they definitely don’t have it.

I’m almost $2400 out or pocket and my reformer is nowhere to be seen.

It was in stock at the time of my order, they keep saying they have or are sending it but I don’t know if I’ll ever get it.

Great machine!

Great machine, similar to the commercial studio ones I've used over the years.

I did a lot of research and stressing over which brand to buy as I was quite worried about the quality, but I picked a good one!

I'm 5'9" and 120kg but it handles those proportions amazingly well, the bed rolls smoothly, all movement is really quiet, I dont even come close to the end when extending my legs and it's proper sturdy, even the box is sturdy and light.

It folds up and rolls about fairly easily. Delivery to Perth was surprisingly quick, just over 2 weeks.

The IVORY REFORMER commercial quality Pilates machine.

The order process was easy, the people great, delivered on time in a very sturdy plywood box 😊👍, assembly easy.
What more can we say, easy peasy and in absolute awe of the IVORY REFORMER. Brought back the old enthusiasm both of us wanted. Very easy on the body and muscles, but VERY EFFECTIVE, not forgetting to mention that the apparatus itself is very well made and sturdy. COMMERCIAL QUALITY.

Excellent customer service.
They always make it up and follow up with their customers who aren’t satisfied or try their best to ensure their customers are contented. There’s always situations that are beyond our control but the team at fitboutique handles it with so much grace.

Order never arrived!!

Update: The business reached out after my review and processed a full refund, which I appreciated. They also offered store credit, but I declined since the product is no longer available and other items are beyond my budget. I understand there were production issues, but my review reflects the long delay and lack of communication. I’m glad it was eventually resolved.

Alot of people have had the same experience as me, ORDER NEVER ARRIVED!!! Mind you I purchased my machine since November last year, and didn't receive it yet!!! Wow, I expect a refund immediately or I will be reporting this to fair trade 👍

I purchased the Fitboutique Hip Thrust…

I purchased the Fitboutique Hip Thrust Machine during COVID while building my home gym. The product description claimed it could support up to 120 kg, and at the time, I weighed 85 kg—well below the limit. After just a few weeks of use, the stand that’s supposed to support you broke mid-workout, scraping my back in the process.

I immediately contacted Fitboutique, and while they did send me a replacement, that one bent and eventually broke as well. It felt like they sent me a refurbished or faulty machine. When I tried to reach out again, I was completely ghosted—no responses to emails or calls. For how expensive this machine was, I was beyond frustrated.

Years later, someone from Fitboutique asking me to delete my negative review. He promised to send me a new machine if I did. Giving them the benefit of the doubt, I removed the review, but surprise, five months passed and no machine ever arrived. Clearly, the goal was just to get me to delete my honest feedback.

This is hands-down the worst gym equipment I’ve ever bought. Poor quality, terrible customer service, and deceptive follow-up. Save your money and buy from a company that stands behind their products.

Received the Ivory today

Received the Ivory today, too early to tell but it looks good. Set-up was tricky at the start because there was no instructions, not until I contacted someone and got sent a Youtube video and digital instruction, none of which was for the machine we bought so some pieces are different and needed to take the best guess. It would be nicer to have proper instructions for the correct machine. It was also a challenge to remove the wooden packaging, require some tools and no instructions were provided how to do this safely and not damage the machine. Lucky it was all fine in the end.

Delivery experience was horrible because the courier company they used never updated the tracking since the start and all the sudden without any notice, the truck arrived with this massive wooden box and I had to scramble last minute to find place to put it with big storm on the way. It would have been nice to be alerted of the delivery, lucky I was home at that time. I recommend to use other than Allied Express.

Prior to ordering, there were a number of emails from FitBoutique that went to my junk mailbox including a $50 voucher. I then placed the order not aware of the voucher and ended up wasting it unless I want to spend more money as most items are over $50 and I prefer to use it against the machine purchase. I brought up this concern but nothing could be done apparently, nor sure why….

Never received my product

Never received my product. at the time of purchasing it was in stock but then never received it, so followed up. when they finally replied said it would be two weeks, that was in Nov 2024. its now the middle of January & still haven't heard anything. apparently claim the product was damaged. lack of communication nor update the customer. wanting a full refund immediately.

Exceptional quality folding reformer. No cheap product here. Aj was extremely helpful. Make sure you contact him with your questions.

Unsure of making an expensive purchase online such as a Pilates Reformer Table, I contacted FitBoutique and received an email with a phone number provided so decided to call. I spoke with AJ who put my mind at ease that I was purchasing and dealing with a quality product and business. AJ answered all of my questions and sent me specific product information I requested such as exact dimensions and specifications for the table I was wishing to order. He provided me with assistance when needed and I was told if there were any issues upon receiving my item, to contact him immediately. This was not necessary as I received an excellent, commercial quality table and we are exceptionally happy with it. It honestly feels and operates like those in a professional studio. We purchased the Onyx Folding reformer. Easy to set up, fold up and wheel around. It is quite a heavy unit hence the quality of the product but me at 60kgs, I can easily wheel it for storage when I need the space it occupies. The quality of the springs are commercial grade so no softness within the spring themselves, they feel just like the commercial studio tables. The bed runs very smoothly and I love you don't have to detach the bed from the table to fold it up unlike others, which is why I purchased this reformer over others on the market. I hope this review helps someone else make their decision a little easier as I looked and searched for a long time before purchasing. This is a quality product. Jumpboard, footbar, pilates bed, handles and ropes and the box are all exceptional quality and stitching and leather material used is of high quality. Thanks AJ for the product.

This company is the worst to deal with

This company is the worst to deal with. Their stocks are cheap, their prices are too high for no reason, and they never respond to my calls or emails. I'm still waiting for them to pick up the machine and give me a refund. I only used it once and it already fell apart. I strongly advise against buying from them. I will have to seek legal assistance since they haven't responded. I am absolutely appalled by the way they have treated me.
