Still being ignored by customer service, even when they acknowledged my review

Good quality machine end other fitness products

I purchased the FitBottle, Active Gym Towel, Latex Fit Set. I was more than impressed with the quality of the products. Definitely very good value for money. The shipping was quick. I love the products lots. Thank you Fitboutique.

I recently purchased a Pilates reformer, following a recommendation from my physio, to help with my many aging joints and back problems. My husband is also needing to improve his core strength so the Onyx reformer is perfect. It is easy to set up and fully adjustable. Comes with a box and foot plate.
I had an issue with the straps initially and the customer service was fantastic. They even responded on the weekend.
I would recommend Fitboutique to others looking to buy a reformer.

I’m so glad I decided to get the Ivory Reformer from FitBoutique! I’ve been wanting a solid, reliable reformer for ages, and this one hits the mark. It’s super sturdy and feels just like the ones I’ve used in studios. Honestly, I was a bit worried it might feel flimsy or cheap, but it’s actually really solid, and I’m loving the smooth glide on it!

The setup was easier than I thought, and it folds up nicely so it doesn’t take over my space. I had a couple of questions when I was putting it together, and the team at FitBoutique was really helpful and quick to respond, which made the process stress-free.

I’ve had it for a couple of weeks now and use it nearly every day. It’s quiet, feels stable, and has definitely taken my at-home workouts up a notch. If you’re looking for a reformer to use at home without all the hassle, I’d say go for the Ivory. Totally worth it, and I’m so happy with my choice!

Great bootY builder!! 5/5 build quality, and came really quickly.

I placed an order on August 18th, 2024, for the Ivory Reformer. I received on October 14th, 2024. Just shy of a 2 month wait when it is advertised to be delivered in 3 weeks.

Due to the amount of poor communication and delayed delivery it was upgraded to the Onyx Reformer with the added bells and whistles of jump-box etc.

Delivery driver would not come back to deliver the item when I was home (I'm a teacher and work 5 days) therefore leaving a $3499 in front of my house in a crate. The crate is a large wooden piece that is not easy to dispose of. I was not informed of this.

The functional impact of the reformer does exactly what it says. I wouldn't rate it to be of equal smoothness and rhythmic mobility as the reformers in the studios.

I'm currently experiencing frustration with the noise of the springs, which also keep falling out of their locked sockets. A bit hard to explain but the springs are clipped in place and as I work out, they continue to fall out of place.

Would I purchase it again and is it worth the price? No. There are much more affordable reformers out there that don't make noise.

The product itself is great and I was upgraded machine due to all the delivery issues however, my review is based on the company and extreme lack of customer service and issues with delivery.

It took 3 months from payment for it to be sent and I reached out several times over FB, Instagram and email to even get a response to get any updates. Eventually after 2 months the owner called having seen all my messages and apologised and I was told it would be sent that week. That didn’t happen. I believed I was never going to get it and gave up ready to start with the bank on a case and contact consumer affairs.

Delivery was also a terrible experience. The delivery company refused to get it off their truck due to the size and weight and asked me to provide a forklift in which I said no. They finally agreed to get it off without one a few days later.

Once unpacking they provide no instructions on how to put together. I emailed and was told they would be sent (they still haven’t) and I was sent an Instagram picture of the machine.

If you’re ordering from here I would be reconsidering and going elsewhere or not buying online.

Great pilates bed, strong n solid.

I just love my onyx fold reformer. I have only had it a few days and have used it so many times. I had issues setting up the straps (I am very bad at these things) and messaged the company- I had AJ ring me within minutes to help. I am super happy with the overall service and product. Just a tip to those buying one, when the reformer arrives, open the ends of the box first-it makes it sooo much easier to open!!

Excellent customer service and great products

After some confusion about the delivery date, the machine arrived without issue. It was easy to unpack and assemble, but an instruction video should be sent automatically for those who are unsure. My machine is used every day to assist with my MS therapy and is proving a great source of exercise.
