Never got my Meal plan as promised

They never sent me my 90 days meal plan instead they sent me emails asking me to pay for more stuff. Why pay for more services when I haven't received the service I paid for initially? They also charged me twice. I have sent several emails requesting a refund for the second unauthourised charge but no response. 48hrs after I had paid for the plan, I sent them an email requesting for the link to my meal plan so I can close the tab, but they never responded. Please do not pay for anything on their site. I wouldn't say outrightly that they are a fraud since I have a tab with a meal plan but once I close that tab it will be gone forever along with my money since they did not send me the link to my meal plan as promised instead they tried to sell me other stuff. They are not organised And I don't think they know what they are doing.

Fitculator: My Issues With It

Two days ago I signed up for Fitculator's one week trial for $1.99USD. I also paid $1.99 for an extra guide that was offered.

I received the expected information via two separate emails within a few hours. It definitely took a bit longer to receive than I expected, but that was okay.

After reviewing the information that was sent, I decided that I did not want to continue the subscription. After a week they bill you $28.99/month. (And I am in Canada so this will actually be $40.47/month for me to date).

This is where I have two SERIOUS problems: There is nowhere in the email or on the site to cancel your subscription. I tried responding to one of the emails they sent me and got no response. In order to cancel I had to Google search how to cancel, and discovered you have to call their customer service. Okay, fine.

But the BIGGER issue: I knew I was agreeing to the $28.99/monthly plan, but when you look through their conditions to find the information to cancel, you find out you are also agreeing to pay $28.99/month for a membership to us.madisonfitnesslife.com after a 30 day trial as well as $10.99/month subscription to us.saltpluspepper.com.mwap.mobi after a 75 day free trial.

So they have staggered all of these ridiculous fees and memberships. By the time it is said and done, you'll be paying $68.97/month ($96.23CAD)!!! And the information that they have initially sent me is VERY basic keto meal planning and 3 very basic workout plans per week. The value just isn't there to justify spending nearly $100/month.

So, I will call customer service today to see how that goes. I may update after to include that experience.

Edit: I responded to one of the info emails they sent me and asked how to cancel, and they responded about 24hrs later and told me that it had been cancelled. So, this part was thankfully easy and I didn't have to sit on hold with customer service. However, I feel that they should make this option to cancel more transparent, as well as all of the other subscriptions that you are actually agreeing to.

Very Misleading Ad

Their advertisement shows you only have to pay $1.99 for the meal and exercise plan and I realized right away after I have created my account that you have no way to view like your "profile" just like any other subscriptions you would normally have. To my dismay, after reading the terms and conditions, this will be an ongoing subscription. I emailed them to cancel my subscription, and got a confirmation that FD Madisson membership and Salt Plus Pepper membership was cancelled but not the Fitculator membership (which by the way, it was not even mentioned when you signed up) It's hard for me to call them since I live outside of the US. I advise never to sign up to their company (there are a lot of alternatives out there if you need meal plan when you're starting your keto diet journey). I hope this review helps.

Will charge 28.99$ after 7 'free' days

I clicked on Facebook ads for a 1.99$ keto diet and got into Fitculator. Then I entered my card details and 1.99$ was deducted by Arrangreatwest.com.

There you can see in smaller letters that you will be charged 28.99$ after 7 days for subscription.

They tell you I will get an email and in case I don’t, that I shouldn’t close the window. I never got an email and didn’t find a button to unsubscribe. My 4 friends also had troubles unsubscribing. The deduction of 28.99$ was done by Uribesolutions.com

I’ve appealed and saw a contact email from ‘’playgroundsmedia’’ and reply from ‘’krksoleilinc’’ for my appeal. They say I did agree for a subscription to ‘’Madison Fitness’’ and they will unsubcribe me. I am really confused by who the company is, is it Fitculator, Playgroundsmedia, Madison Fitness, krksoleilinc, Arrangreatwest, Uribesolutions? I don't know if I'm unsubscribed at all.

The diet itself was very basic and you can probably find better stuff just by searching instagram posts on ketosis. Also, it’s personalised at all since there is meat which I didn't want.

I just purchased fitculator

I just purchased fitculator, the email is not working, there isn't any option to change the initial settings,
BUT MOST IMPORTANTLY:
I clearly expressed that i am not vegan yet all my daily plans are vegan, is that even right? I feel so scammed right now,
besides recipe is not even affordable or simple
worst ever, i think i just flushed my $1.9
