Purchased the $1.99 plan that they had advertised but never received the plan through email. They said that the plan should've been sent to my email address but never received it. My bank was debited with the $1.99 plan.

They will charge you $28.66 after 7 days for subscription. It’s crazy, omg. I’m scaring now.
No meal plan, 2 subscriptions of a total $40 per month
I have paid for a meal plan they didn't send me, without me knowing my card details were used on 2 separate subscriptions of 28.99$ and 10.99$ per month without an option to unsubscribe. How is that even legal? I had to cancel my card in order to take it off my bank account.

Fitculator meal plan
This message is for everyone out there having unknown subscription issues after paying for a meal plan with fitculator.
Initially I paid for a 1.99$ meal plan. Then I got charged an approximate amount of 20-30$ in 7 days from a totally different entity that was very difficult for me to identify because my initial payment was to fitculator - not madissonlife, not canna life or any other of the 100+ associated websites. I had to contact the bank and even for them it was hard to identify this entity.
If not careful then you get to pay another 10.99$ subscription fee after 75 days, again if you don't notice this can go forever.
I received part of my money back, after sending an email to madisonlife and requesting a resolution. The bank though refunded me the entire amount paid.
We need to learn to read the little notes on these kind of service providers.
Hope this helps someone having the same problem as I did due to my lack of attention when paying for a service I considered fair deal.
BLOCKING CARD BEST SOLUTION TO UNSUBSCRIBE THIS
I'm joining Fitcalculator but they subscribed me to other services like FD Maddison and Salt Plus Pepper. i can't stop / cancel the subscription. in the end, i block my credit card. and dont try to buy this worst diet apps

I bought Fitcalculator for 1.99 and they made subscriptions for 2 extra-services - FD Mansion and Salt Plus Pepper. And you can't unsubscribe of them from website. Intresting fact - when I buy Fitcalculator my bank didn't allow to do this operation, only after my call.
I sent them email to cancel at playgroundsmedia dot com after 30 minutes I get email about cancelation of my subscriptions to this services.
Be careful!
Read the small letters
Pretty sure is a standard diet and when you pay you get subscribed to 2 additional services which WILL CHARGE YOU AFTER A 7 day trial
Support Email doesn't work - No diet plan after 5 days
This is likely going to be reported like so many others but whatever...
I sent off for the $1.99 Diet and Exercise plan, the money was deducted and all I received was the alternative subscription to FD Madisson and Salt and Pepper. They said wait up to 24hrs... It's been 5 days! They obviously have my correct email address but they have not sent me what I requested.
Also, the support address doesn't work! The emails are just returned and I refuse to waste more money on an international call to fix this!
Just send me my Diet and Exercise plan please.

I subscribed for $1.99 for the plan and then I realized that they have created 2 accounts for me in 2 different websites. And these accounts will charge me after the trial. now I want to unsubscribe and I can't find any link, any account info or menu for unsubscribing! I tried to call them with no success and there is no email or official FB page or website.
Don’t!
Don't do it!
Saw this ad of Fitculator on my Facebookpage and since I'm on a diet I bought it, but right after the payment of $ 1,99, I received an e-mail and even an alert from my bank to mention that they had blocked my credit card immediately. I called my bank, got confirmation of the payment of $ 1,99 but asked them to leave the website blocked from my card. Since I still was not sure, I looked into my spam-mails and saw that Fitculator made 2 accounts on 2 different websites which would charge me $ 28,99 after 7 days each month and $ 10,99 after 75 days. I then called card stop to block my prepaid credit card and sent e-mails to "cancel@ playgroundsmedia.com" to cancel these accounts, but I’m still awaiting confirmation. Did receive the mealplan though but also blocked this.
