Can any one help me how to cancel my subscription!!

I did not receive any meal plan but was deducted. Kindly do something on this.

hi I did this free meal planning for $1.99 and nothing came through but the money already deducted...Can someone please tell me how to contact this guys..thanks

Received my meal plan. Wasn’t impressed though- but it was cheap as well.
Called 00448000418628 and got my subscription cancelled pretty easily.

I received my eating plan....

and everything else.

there should be a 0 star option...
since I am from the Philippines thought I could get a good meal plan. but then right after i subscribed got 2 emails from playgrounds FD MADISson and SALT PLUS PEPPER
so calling the international no. provided is very inconvenient! you should have at
least included those 2 so we are aware what we will be paying!!! ugh!!!

If you like to be subscribed to things with ongoing fees that are VERY hard to cancel then this is right for you.

I purchased the keto meal plan for 1.99 and I never received the email. I emailed someone to cancel but haven’t heard back as of yet. I went to URIBESOLUTIONS.COM to request to cancel and it says that it was cancelled and I should receive confirmation within 48hrs, so I’m waiting. I do not recommend. Then they cancelled the salt and pepper subscription that I didn’t not even sign up for

Although the meal plan might be okay (I would not expect anything great for 1.99 USD), part of the terms and conditions were 2 monthly subscriptions (Salt Plus Pepper, FD Madison) in total price of almost 40 USD a month. This was unexpected as I did not notice any information about subscribing this during the buying process (probably was mentioned somewhere in the TOC). The purchase e-mail did not include any simple cancellation link and using the form on the web did not work (invalid message, without further info).

I managed to contact them via e-mails on the web, after which they quickly cancelled the subscription. The related e-mails are: info(at)uribesuninc.com, support(at)krksoleilinc.com, support(@)ketonefood.com. I am not sure which one worked actually, as I sent to all of them at the same time.

I would recommend to not buy from them.

I had the same problem. I phoned +18668564807 and only took few minutes and they canceled the extra subscriptions. But no where they mention those extras when you pay for the plan. Very sneaky

I canceled my membership on the website URIBESOLUTIONS.COM. They were really nice, just write them and you don't need pay any monthly charges.

If there is zero so I would definitely select 0.
I subscribed for $1.99 for the plan and then I realized that they have created 2 accounts for me in 2 different websites. And these accounts will charge me after the trial. now I want to unsubscribe and I can't find any link, any account info or menu for unsubscribing! I tried to call them with no success and there is no email or official FB page or website.
I have to block my credit card now. it's frustrating.

I subscribed for the 1.99$ program, about one month ago and then I saw that after 7 days I got billed with 28.99$ from my account and searching through their mails I see another mail with Salt and Pepper account, access to recipes etc but after 75 days they bill you with 10.99$. Ok, now I want to unsubscribe and I can't find any link, any account info or menu for unsubscribing!
Read carefully to what you subscribe to, I tried calling the international number (they have no email, no address, no nothing, just some phone numbers), but the call failed.
I had to block my credit card to get rid of this!

I saw their ad on Facebook and subscribed to the 7-day plan, they are going to debit my credit card with the full monthly subscription after 7 days. Why is there no option to unsubscribe on their site?

I subscribed for the 1.99 meal plan. Now I am billed for something called salt plus pepper and maddison no option to cancel via email and numbers provided to CALL does not work from South Africa

How am I supposed to cancel this if no way of cancellation is provided. I did not give permission for these other 2 subscriptions to be deducted

You have to contact customer service number and cancel . I paid 1.99 and couldn’t log in so I call them to cancel but I’ll be watching my account as well

Read the General Conditions carefully! You subscribe for a meal plan for $1.99 and you get 2 more subscriptions for $28.99 and $10.99 that are automatically charged from your credit card after the free period. There is no way to cancel it except by phone which they don't answer regularly. I wrote to
support at ketonefood . com and they still tried to tell me that the meal plan is not a subscription and to unsubscribe me from only 2 of their programs. They claimed that Fitculator is not a plan but in their General regulations it is written:

" I understand and acknowledge that in addition to receiving access to my digital “Fitculator” for which I agree to pay the initial fees of $1.99, I am additionally consenting to be billed $28.99 after seven (7) days of the purchase and then again every 30 days thereafter on the credit card provided to continue having access, unless I cancel the service prior to the subsequent billing. I am additionally signing up and consenting to be billed for the following membership programs: 30 day free membership trial to us.madisonfitnesslife.com. At the end of the free trial, I consent to be billed $28.99 every 30 days on the credit card provided to continue having access, unless I cancel the service prior to the next billing. I also consent to sign up for the 75 day free membership trial to us.saltpluspepper.com.mwap.mobi At the end of the free trial, I consent to be billed $10.99 every 30 days on the credit card provided to continue having access, unless I cancel the service prior to the next billing."
