I had a very bad and unprofessional approach from this institute. I have approached them for enrolling for UAE CA course end of August 2025. Me and my wife personally visited the institute located in JLT and had a discussion with one of their course coordinator and enrolled for the course. I enrolled for the course based on daily classes from 1st week of September 2025 onwards for 5 days a week and 2 hour per day. They agreed for a total fee of AED5000/- for the complete course. The agreement was to complete the classes by last week of October 2025 so that I could appear for the exam in November 2025. We received the payment link on 1st of September and made the payment, then we realised they overcharged us for AED1000/- extra as the payment link was for AED 6,000. We have raised this issue, they said they will discuss with the management and refund the same within a week's time which never happened till date. Classes started from 1st of September; however the classes were only for 40 minutes or maximum 1 hour. There was regular cancellation of classes by the tutor for various reasons. When complained about the cancellations, the tutor agreed that he will compensate the classes on weekends which never happened. They were suppose to completed the entire course by end of October but they only completed 1/3rd of the course. As they have not finished the course within the timeline, again we spoke to their management to provide the classes on time to finalise and write the exam in the month of November 2025. Mr. Osama from their team agreed that they will conduct the classes without cancellation, and after the affirmation, in two weeks, I received only 2 classes. Then we again contacted the institute asking for Mr. Osama, but he never came online and one other guy Mr. Mohammed took the call and said Osama is not available. I understood that he does not want to discuss anything, as his promises were not kept. We have requested for a full refund as they wasted our time and money and delivered nothing as agreed. We have all the correspondence with the tutors, still they are not ready to accept their mistake. Please don’t fall for any false promises from this institute as we are still struggling to find a solution. We are going to approach KHDA & concerned authorities to take this issue further, as at least no one should get affected like us.
