Disappointment😪
I have many fitjeans and have liked them so much. I waited so so much for pink baggys, but this time it has a big disappointment. Everything see through also the white thongs are also visible through the pants. Has the quality deteriorated that much?😭

Not exactly what is advertised
I was very excited for these jeans, as i was looking for a skinny model that would fit me, who has a big booty and small waist.
Otherwise the fit was good, (I took size L, I’m 171cm and medium-large built) but i was disappointed with the waist. It was not as snatched as in ad pictures, i have to keep pulling the jeans up, and there’s a gap. The jeans also have the smallest holes for belts, so non of my own belts fit…
Also, this might be obvious, but the models presenting the jeans have the most defined bodies that they’ve been working on for years, so these jeans don’t magically make your booty look nice and round 😂
The jeans really are as light as advertised, so no good for colder weather or layering.
I highly suggest fit jeans to have more bigger sized models advertising the jeans, as it will give a better idea which size to take yourself

Our Contour jeans are designed with our lightest denim fabric, which gives them a soft, stretchy feel, but we do offer collections with heavier fabric as well.
Regarding the belt loops, your observation is correct, they are sized to match the waistband. Because the fabric is so light, adding larger or lower-placed loops could compromise the quality and durability, as stitching them below the waistband could make them more likely to be pulled off.
We completely understand your point about sizing representation in our marketing, everyone’s body is different, and seeing a wider range of models can definitely help customers choose the best size for themselves. Your suggestion is very helpful, and we’ll share it with the team for consideration.

If missing order they refuse to refund until after a month
Reason for this as it took over a month to get a refund for order i didnt receive. So this is what to look out for with this company. Ive sent items back before and got a refund no issues but if a order doesnt arrive to you they make you wait weeks then blank you for a week then after emailing loads finally a refund is given. I placed an order on the 18th of January 2026 and it took to 19th of February 2026 to finally get a refund. They said they replaced the ordered and ignored me. I asked for credit for the site instead said they would and ignored me. Until I said this is ridiculous give me a refund this taken far to long. There wasnt really a proper apology. I love the jeans on this site but if you dont receive your order this is what could happen so be mindful. Usually they use dhl for uk but they used fedex and for some reason the parcel never arrived. I sell stuff my self and was completely shocked they made a customer wait over a month for a refund . Its really disappointing me. If I can find another site now that does good jeans like this I would change over to them as imagine this happening again . Customer service needs to fix up cant have customers waiting over a month for a refund ! Not there fault. Such bad experience ive had with them. Even when they ignored my emails for a week and other emails they couldnt wait to email me 10%discounts when I was missing costly pair of jeans..

I had missing items
I had missing items, i have been sending them emails daily with out any respone back!!!!! This was my first time order, i feel like being scammed!

To clarify, when your order initially arrived with missing items, we immediately refunded the missing products after reviewing the photos you provided, this was done as quickly as possible to resolve the issue.
Regarding the last pair you returned, we understand that you sent it using your own shipping label without registering a return with us. Unfortunately, as we have no tracking information, we cannot confirm the location of the parcel. As stated in our previous messages, refunds can only be issued once the returned item reaches our warehouse and is processed by our team. This process ensures that all returns are accounted for correctly and fairly.
We recommend checking with the post office or courier you used to send the return, as they may be able to provide information about the parcel’s current status. Once the item arrives at our warehouse, the refund will be processed immediately.

I received the jeans quickly after ordering. The fit and feel are excellent! They seem more sturdy than other stretchy jeans I own and the cut is quite flattering for an hourglass shape!

Very disappointing, not as advertised
I’ve now tried several different pairs of skinny jeans from fitjeans and I have to say I’m disappointed. The company advertises for a great fit around the waist for fit women, but that’s not the experience I have with the jeans unfortunately. The skinny jeans are way too loose around the waist. I’ve now tried three different pairs and none of them fit around the waist at all, they are all way too loose. The quality of the jeans, in all honesty, does not feel great either. I have a pair of their flared jeans that I love and I thought the skinny jeans would be of same fit and quality- not the case. Very disappointed about the company’s skinny jeans selection.
