Items stuck in pre-shipping, no real people to help
My items are stuck in the shipping label stage and I can’t get a real person to help me. Only the AI responds when you send a help email. My issue has been “escalated to the appropriate team” twice and it’s been days. I have had successful orders from here recently so this is a big disappointment. The horrid customer service process tells me this company wants it to be as challenging as possible to receive help so that they don’t have to issue refunds or handle returns. Very scummy, I will not be ordering again after this and urge others not to as well

Amazing customer service experience. I receive a new jeans after the one I ordered was damaged even though I washed it accordingly to Fitjeans washing instructions. They really helped me finding out the reason why my item was damaged and sent me a new jeans for compensation. Amazing help and very kind customer service employees.

Honestly not worth the price
I’ve purchased some jeans before and they are very comfortable and nice. The price is not worth it tho… like when it comes to quality. When I bumped into a drawer handle and it literally snagged my jeans so easily making a hole as if I ripped it. My first pair were some black jeans and they wore out after two wears. Also I wasn’t able to return some jeans because they didn’t offer returns in my country. And the zippers of the jeans are so flimsy you’d think you’ll get something better for that price.

10/10 Worth the money
Everything was excellent. I bought a couple pairs probably 6-8 years ago and always loved them but I out grew them.
Purchased a new pair and, per usual, they fit perfectly! The only jeans that fit both my waist and legs.
Customer service was also great. I hadn't logged into my account since I bought the first two pair years ago and I couldn't get in anymore due to an old phone number on file. Customer service was quick to help update that and get me logged back in.

Fit Jeans Girl for LIFE!
Okay. I HATE wearing jeans. Since I have been strength training for over two years, they no longer fit me well: either they’re too small for my legs and glutes, or they’re too big around my waist.
So I saw an ad on IG for Fit Jeans. I loved how they appeared to look on other women who have athletic bodies. But I’m a skeptic, so I ordered them and thought “I can always return them.”
My order arrived FAST.
I tried them on…and I was SHOOKETH.
They fit. Perfectly! And - here’s the best part - they are COMFORTABLE. Stretchy. Not stiff, not too tight around my legs/glutes, and no waist gap!
This is my second pair and I’m HOOKED. Thank you finally for making a pair of jeans that actually FIT!
