Hello Timothy we appologize that this power adapter did not work for you. It is a common issue with power adapters that when they get ripped out of the unit, the input jack must also be replaced. We see no record of you contacting us about this issue. We ask they you please remove this one star review and contact us so we can assist.

SO HAPPY TO HEAR!
Had the part when I couldn't find it elsewhere.
My high rating is for them having a part for a exercise bike that was about 15 years old. Not only did they have the part, they sent me a couple of pictures of the part to insure it was the part I needed. The price was fair and they shipped it right away. Within a week I had my bike and exercise regime back in action! Thanks again!!
