Complete scam. I bought rubbish light pens for wart removal, which were so cheap and nasty that I have requested a refund. First they tried to charge me twice, then £5.98 extra on shipping, but after Paypal intervened I was refunded that. They had totally ignored my emails. Now I have been emailing them since the day after the substandard pen arrived and requested a refund. They are not answering and there's no return address. Please do not buy from Fitody. They profess to be endorsed by the NHS but I'm sure the NHS would not endorse such a poor quality item. I am going to take this further as it's nearly £30 down the drain if I don't.

They misadvertised product. Charged me more than I agreed to and the product is crap. PayPal wouldn't refund my money either when they are suppose to protect.
Dont order from this company.

Unfortunately, I bought not 1 but 2 of these robotic pets - a kitten and a puppy - for my young grandchildren on 7 February this year. The quality, if that word can be used, was beyond disappointing. Very cheap workmanship which did not fit the description of the item in any way. Contact with the company wanted me to pay for return to an overseas destination with no guarantee of a full refund, despite saying made in Australia. I declined and put it down to a lesson learnt. A similar item bought from a discount shop cost me $5. Giving 1 star because that’s the lowest rating.

They added on charges i did not approve of and Paypal paid . Paypal said they can do nothing as i received item. They want me to return to Hong Kong if i want any sort of refund and i will need to pay postage. This is a SCAM and you should not buy from them. Dishonest company who put on extra charges and shame on Paypal for authorising the charges and doing nothing about it. Dishonest and Paypal are complicit as they paid the extra charges without approval.

I was just informed that this company has refunded the shipping and insurance fee without admitting anything else about the product which was supposed to be made in Australia but was shipped from China. I still think the product is counterfeit compared to the genuine product made in Australia. Beware.

I would rate it at all please be aware this is a SCAM charged extra for insurance and handling charges which wasn't on the PayPal but e tra taken from my bank not looking at the tracked it says delivered bit it hasn't been...please be aware DO NOT ORDER from this website

I approved an amount for my order but PAYPAL approved an extra amount which included insurance and postage which I never approved as it stated “free postage”. I have written to this company on several occasions and also to SHOP which is supposed to be their courier. No tracking and no response from either. I have lodged a complaint with PAYPAL.

THIS COMPANY IS SCAMMING EVERYONE. SEE TRUST PILOT! THEY OVERCHARGE, NEVER DELIVER AND LIE ABOUT WHERE THE PRODUCT IS FROM! I ONLY ORDERED BECAUSE I BELIEVED THAT PAY PAL WOULD KNOW THIS AND NOT DEAL WITH SUCH A COMPANY. NOT TRUE!

Sent me to many orders,also took to much money out of my account,and weeks on Havant solved issue as there admin team don't reply for ages

They are really fake company selling fake goods with extra charges at checkout and can not cancel the order.Bought one and cancel it, no reply and do not send the item yet. 12 days ago long.

DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY. They send cheap knock off products and WILL NOT refund your money. If you have purchased recently please put in a dispute with PAYPAL this is the only way we will stop these scamming companies in China who claim to be an Australian Company. This one is definately not.

Zero stars. This company is a scam. I mistakenly placed an order but immediately went back and canceled it. The charges appeared on PayPal including some I was not made aware of. I sent several emails asking for a refund but no communication from this company. I went to PayPal resolution center but by the time they reviewed the case the shipment had been sent and received by me, so they awarded the case to the seller. I could not get PayPal to let me give the correct reasons for asking for the refund such as the fact that I canceled right after placing the order. I am very disappointed in this seller and PayPal. I want to return the product but I can't get any return info from the seller. I reported this to the BBB. I am out over $163.00.

i did not order this i looked and saw it but never pushed the order button i received a package to day from a bruce 130 north wright street naperville il 60540 who is this i do not want this charged to my pay pal and i will send it back please advise or i will take it further

Like other minus stars. Also for Paypal too. Totally fobbed it back to the delivery company. Waited till the last few days of a Paypal challenge to contact and then Paypal naturally clos d the case so no refund given!! You have been warned!!

They supposedly sent it to my old address. Called posy office and nothing they could do. I emailed and emails kept bouncing back. Contacted PayPal and they didn't so anything.... so missed off. I got ripped of and there's nothing I can do. Missed at PayPal too for not doing anything to help.

this company is a scam company. if you buy anything from them they will repeatedly send emails that you havent paid to make you repeat your payment to them.
if you are unfortunate to get caught out by them and if you have gone through paypal file a dispute and they will offer 30% back or if you return the item in its packaging they will refund the full amount. take the second option and tell them you require an address to post it back to them. .they will refund you the full amount without you even having to return the item not even give a return address because they know they have lost. .. take it all the way with them it can take up to a month.

Minus 10. Advertisement on Facebook said Weight Loss Drops were invented and manufactured in Canberra and approved by Australian Pharmaceutrical Board. Said free delivery and 3-5 days turnaround. Ordered 8 bottles and got 2 extra cheaply. Invoice billed for 10 bottles + Animal Welfare Subscription and Freight. No sign of items after 11 days. Tracking went to non existent website. Sent a few emails but these bounced back. When I went to Paypal to advise to cancel payment thanks@Fitody website asked me to wait and advise my issues. Still no response. DO NOT USE PRETTOP which was the original advertiser.
