Website down, no updates given
Website was down for schedule maintenance, which is standard and expected. They did add a notice to their Facebook Page explaining this. However there were no updates provided, and no timeline listed. On their maintenance message it stated that you could still contact them by phone and email. They were uncontactable by either. They did not keep people informed, and there were many of us left in the dark. So much so we were checking if the company had closed.
When contact was re-established, the feedback I provided did not feel like it was taken on board at all. I was left to feel that they might let the same situation occur again and that they thought that this behaviour was ok customer service. I renewed with them due to the short time window but I will be reviewing this for next year.
Update - I really appreciate Fitpro reaching out to me, after it was all sorted, and asking for my feedback. I had a lovely chat with Teresa, who sounded like she really took on board the feedback and was going to pass it along.

Thanks for your feedback. We are very sorry for the website outage early last week, and that you felt uninformed. We did post on social media, as you saw, that we had scheduling overruns. But our one issue became two with an unrelated phone service issue for a number of hours before we were able to redirect to facilitate comms. Again, please accept our apologies. We understand how important our services and support are to FitPro members and, as everyone knows, we always do our best to ensure contact and and availability at all times. We will learn from this, and put extra safeguards in place. If you have any more questions, we are here for you via email or phone.
