Order arrived much later than promised and terrible customer service experience
16/05/26 Ordered and paid for bike and equipment matt
19/05/26 Email received stating order has been shipped
01/06/26 Email received - apology - order will not be delivered as has been returned to Fitshop by the courier. Advised to contact customer services and can arrange a next day delivery
05/06/26 Responded to email requesting delivery 09/06/26
05/06/26 I made a follow up call to customer services to advise of my request
During this call, the customer service person was completely lacking in customer service skills. She was hostile, rude, disinterested and defensive. I advised her of the issue i.e that the product had been returned to Fitshop rather than being delivered to me to which she replied ‘well it was obviously damaged in transit - it happens’ I advised her that the apology email i had received states i could request a next day delivery to which she said that was not possible.
Awful experience overall and the rudest customer service experience i’ve ever encountered. Don’t bother.

Professional service
I bought a home bike from Fitshop 10 months ago and the pedal assembly came apart. I reported the issue and within less then a week they ordered the parts. This is especially important to me because due to being a fitness instructor I have been injured many times and I can't do any high impact sports anymore. This bike has been my rock.
I'm very greatful to Sophia from the head office who dealt with this issue promptly and professionally.

Callum is a star
Callum was brilliant, friendly, knowledgable and informative.
He helped me come to a conclusion about which item would work best for me, gave me tips on how to adjust my current exercises to adapt to my new machine and it was really useful to discuss not only practicalities but also aesthetics (for example he suggested using edge and corner tiles for my flooring option for a nicer finish, if it wasn't for this advice I probably would have got ones that stick out)

Positive Treadmill Experience
We visited FitShop to look at the range of treadmills available and were greeted by Dorian. He took the time to understand how often we planned to use the machine and what we needed it for, then guided us through the most suitable options. He showed us the display models in detail and demonstrated how they worked which was really helpful. Dorian was very thorough in his explanations and supported us through each step of the ordering process. Overall it was a very positive experience and I would highly recommend FitShop for anyone looking for fitness equipment.

Efficient staff member at the other end of the line makes all the difference to a good or poor customer outcome. The customer experience from Nathan was great. Previously told me to call on Monday to express an order which I needed for Wednesday.
He retrieved my notes, spoke to the warehouse and upgraded the delivery to express terms. Faultless service.
