I recently contacted Fitshop while planning a home gym and was fortunate enough to deal with Ethan.

What impressed me most was that he didn’t simply try to sell me the most expensive option. We spent quite a bit of time discussing the pros and cons of several multi-gyms, including the BodyCraft X2, X4 and Inspire M5, and Ethan was happy to challenge assumptions and work through different layouts rather than pushing for a quick sale.

My room has an awkward shape and I was concerned about whether the equipment would fit. Ethan reviewed multiple floor plans, answered numerous questions and continued refining the advice as I provided more detailed measurements and drawings. When it became clear we were working from different assumptions, he was quick to reassess the layout and provide honest feedback.

Throughout the process he was knowledgeable, responsive and patient, even when I was asking very detailed questions about dimensions, operating clearances and machine configurations.

A refreshing experience compared to many sales interactions, and exactly the sort of customer service you’d hope for when making a significant purchase.

Visited White City shop. Ben was very helpful and knew his stuff!! Pleasure to deal with.

Avoid this company (Fitshop) or be very careful with their service. I paid for delivery and installation, but only got the delivery. The machine was dumped in my house and I was told installation was not their problem.

Multiple calls, emails and chat messages later, I am still waiting. Plenty of excuses and promises, zero results. Taking payment is easy; providing the service appears to be another matter.

Just to clarify, when I wrote that installation was “not their problem”, I was referring to the delivery guys, they told me that installation was not their problem.

I would also like to clarify that the live chat conversation yesterday was not my first contact about this issue. Two days earlier I spoke with your team by phone, and several days before that I contacted you by email. In other words, yesterday’s live chat was already my fourth! attempt to resolve this matter.
I now hope and expect that the installation will be arranged promptly. Waiting another week or two significantly reduces the value of a service that has already been paid for.

I have recently purchased a gym bench from Fitshop and would totally recommend this supplier. A very competitive price and very efficient ordering process, with good communications.

Brought a running machine for a good price. The machine had been great but towards the end of its warranty had an issue. Fitshop were great in getting the new parts cost free and without challenge. The team they outsourced the repairs to in Bristol, First Edition Fitness Ltd were great also. A special shout out to Nigel who got the machine running like brand new again. Overall I would recommend the company based on my experience of the product and aftercare.
