Great service and multi choices to choose from

Fantastic service! This place is great, if it’s gym equipment you need they either have it or they can get it. Luke was a real help and very knowledgeable.

We visited Fitshop today and had the pleasure of being assisted by Phoebe while purchasing a Bodycraft Cable Pull Station Compact along with some additional accessories.

Phoebe was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the equipment, took the time to answer all of our questions, and helped us choose the right setup for our needs. Her advice was clear, professional, and genuinely helpful.

Beyond her expertise, Phoebe was a real joy to chat with—friendly, approachable, and enthusiastic throughout our visit. She made the whole purchasing experience enjoyable and stress-free.

Great experience and really helpful on picking the items needed

Had an excellent experience purchasing a barbell and bumper plates. Chris, Kane, Phil, and Luke all helped me out with the purchase and the subsequent loading n the van!

I was looking for a cables machine (all in one trainer) for a home garage gym. It was great to be able to visit the shop in Camberley to try out the equipment and narrow the options down, as well as give me reassurance about size and uses. Aaron was extremely helpful, taking the time to talk through the machines - I'm very grateful for his help.
I purchased the Taurus ms40 pro folding multi smith.
It took just over a week for the equipment to be delivered to the installation team, who arranged a date to install about 2 weeks later. The two person installation team were efficient and walked me through the features (folding away etc).
Aaron, at Fitshop, sent an email to follow up and check everything was ok.
So pleased with it, great investment and top service all round. Definitely recommend.

The staff (Phoebe in particular) were so accommodating as soon as you walk in. They aren’t pushy, but there to answer questions and show you round the kit that they have. It didn’t feel like a sales pitch. Phoebe altered the quote for us a few times to accommodate different bits of kit before we finalised our order. I am really impressed with the service.

I recently contacted Fitshop while planning a home gym and was fortunate enough to deal with Ethan.

What impressed me most was that he didn’t simply try to sell me the most expensive option. We spent quite a bit of time discussing the pros and cons of several multi-gyms, including the BodyCraft X2, X4 and Inspire M5, and Ethan was happy to challenge assumptions and work through different layouts rather than pushing for a quick sale.

My room has an awkward shape and I was concerned about whether the equipment would fit. Ethan reviewed multiple floor plans, answered numerous questions and continued refining the advice as I provided more detailed measurements and drawings. When it became clear we were working from different assumptions, he was quick to reassess the layout and provide honest feedback.

Throughout the process he was knowledgeable, responsive and patient, even when I was asking very detailed questions about dimensions, operating clearances and machine configurations.

A refreshing experience compared to many sales interactions, and exactly the sort of customer service you’d hope for when making a significant purchase.
