Great service from Zen

I was struggling to get information first, but live chat was really helpful with Ihsaan. Ihsaan told me everything i wanted to know so now i am happy and comfortable to buy this equipment.

I’ve purchased equipment from a number of fitness companies over the years, and I can honestly say Fitshop has provided some of the best customer service I’ve experienced in a very long time.

From start to finish, communication was excellent. Every query I had was answered quickly, professionally, and with genuine care. The team kept me informed throughout the process and made everything straightforward and hassle-free.

What impressed me most was the responsiveness. Even on a Friday, when many companies can be difficult to get hold of, the Fitshop team were on it immediately and continued to provide updates and support without delay.

A special mention to Alisha, who was outstanding throughout. Professional, friendly, proactive, and clearly committed to delivering great customer service.

The equipment arrived exactly as expected, and the entire experience left me with complete confidence in the company.

Erin was fantastic, she was really helpful and friendly, she understood my needs and was able to offer options and a tailored package to suit, something that the website certainly couldn't do.

Given how bespoke the order was to suit us, as we are private buyers had never kitted out our own gym, this was a considerable purchase and one we needed to get right, so having Erin to speak with made the whole experience less daunting, easier to navigate and even fun.

Fitshop was the cheapest place I found for the wahoo kick'r core, by £50 over most places.
Ordering was a breeze, and delivery exceptionally rapid.

Before I ordered online, I had several products in the basket but was still researching some information on 'Battle Rope' lengths; kindly received correspondence from Kane in the Edinburgh store who was extremeley helpful.

Had a few purchases with FitShop and have dealt with several stores in the past; the customer service has been unequivocally good, the front of shop teams know what they are talking about and when it comes to making purchases, this makes a difference.

Delivery service has always been on-point and the pricing structure is pretty fair in the current financial climate where everything is expensive.

Well worth shopping around for the sale deals.
