The device works well. I had an issue with the strap, but customer service helped me very well. They are friendly, professional and respond quickly.

This alarm band works just as described and is just as helpful as all the positive reviews mention. I have only used it four nights so far but it is definitely worth the price for what it does. I would rather a simple stretchy band easy on easy off instead of a watch type band with little holes to fumble with when it’s night night time.

This product has been a lifesaver - I now reliably wake up at the same time every morning, and my alarm clock no longer wakes up my wife or child sleeping in the room next door - which is awesome and has saved us all a lot of stress! Can’t recommend this product any more highly, and the customer service team are always there to help.

I have a sleep disorder, so getting up in the mornings is extremely difficult. I sent multiple alarms in various places of my bedroom. Most days, I still sleep through them and I definitely wake up my partner each morning. I tried this product in hopes it would wake me up and not my partner. For the average person, it may be very effective. I, however, continue to sleep right through the vibrating alarms. The money back guarantee is a little misleading. I got a full refund when I sent the product back, but I had to pay to ship it back.

I wasn’t able to wake up using the normal FitSleeps band. They helped me to upgrade to the pro version and made it seamless. Look forward to trying that one out!

When I started using the fitslip watch it believed it will work and it did. I wake up peacefully and quickly. Useful for everyday life if you use the other alarms for other things as well.

They didn't write the book on customer service, they revolutionized it then perfected it. In all my years as an a consumer, I have never crossed paths with a company that has their finger directly on the pulse of their client base. Dealing with their customer service is as easy as a Sunday Morning!!!
