The band vibrates just enough to get me up…
The band vibrates just enough to get me up in the morning. The Charger is a little funny and sometimes the display is blindingly bright for something that is supposed to help you go to sleep. Maybe a softer LED or some other options would be nice. Customer service was great and it got to me on time.

II’m in the military and I have a roommate, but a lot of the time my alarm was waking up my roommate, and in the military getting sleep is rare; especially for my job, this is the best thing I ever had. Not only is it a watch I can wear, but the vibration wakes me up calmly instead of how I used to wake up in a panic.

I received my FitSleeps alarm and the setup was really easy. When I used it the first night I received it, the alarm woke me up like they claimed it would. However, once I moved to get out of bed, I noticed the buckle frame had detached and was gone. I reached out to the company and they gave me a 100% discount code to receive another band as a replacement. They were really fast in their customer service and resolving the issue. I would recommend them for their customer service, and will try the product again once the new band arrives and I can use it.
