1) I placed an order for two items on December 23, 2021.
2) my credit card was charged on December 25, 2021. The items hadn't even been shipped or anything.
3) on January 6, 2022 I received the first item which was supposed to be a train like Angel top, however the item was completely WRONG!
4) I sent an email into the website and got a response from Kayla KAYLA; she said to send photos of the incorrect item which I did and they would send out a new one to date which is January
21 I have received nothing!
5) today January 21, 2022 I received the second item of my original order placed on December 23, 2021 that item is incorrect it was supposed to be a breathable jacket stylish. However it was just a top with a zip up front completely INCORRECT!!
6) It appears that the items they are sending are way cheaper than what I saw online when I saw the items originally!!
7) I AM demanding a refund!
8) I have never had this kind of experience with an online vendor; it is the worst!

HORRIBLE. all i have to say is, where is the manager??? Shut this company down. can someone take them to court? every review is horrible. i haven’t found one good review. they won’t deliver your clothing. they take your money and don’t reply.

If I could give them a zero I would. They are beyond horrible with satisfying their customers regarding a refund for missing items or deceptive items. They need to be investigated and shut down ASAP!!!!

This company is not trying to send me the missing item or refund my money for my missing sweatshirt that was not in either of the 2 pkgs they sent me. The 1st pkg had only 1 item in it and the other pkg had 2 items so where is the 4th item? They asked me to send them photos of the packages showing the shipping label so they can check the weight of the package I have received and I did that, however, they then send another email stating I received both pkgs. Smh I never told them I didn’t receive the 2 packages I told them I was missing an item that was not in either of the packages which was my $34.80 sweatshirt I paid for. They clearly is not trying to satisfy their customers as they claim on their website of customer satisfaction. They stated in the email that if I can not provide them with a picture of the packaging showing the shipping label, it will not be possible for them to process my request. What does a photo of the packages have to do with my missing item from the packages when I clearly stated to them that I’m missing an item that was not included I didn’t say anything about not receiving the 2 packages they sent.

Also if you do order you’re ordering at your own risk because you might receive an item that’s not the same as what they have pictured on their site. I have a pair of heart leggings that the quality and fabric is totally different than what’s on their site. The leggings are see through which should not be according to pictures on the site nor does the description says that they are see through if so I would have never purchased.
I would suggest anyone ordering to read the reviews first then decide if you still want to order from that site. If you check the reviews something I should have done prior to ordering they have a 98% bad rating of not providing refunds, poor quality of clothing or description of clothing don’t match what’s on their site, or missing items or packages all together. Will Never order from them again!!!!

I should have read these reviews before buying. I ordered 4 items and after 8 months I still haven't received 2 of these. They won't provide a tracking code for the item they've supposedly sent out, they won't provide me with a refund.
The two items that I did receive are very poor in quality:-
Item 1 - they dye ran out in a cold wash and dyed everything in the washing machine
Item 2 - you wouldn't want to wear them for sport, the print is sublimation printed so any slight stretch of the fabric means that you see the unflattering white of the cheap lycra, also isn't a sports lycra but a cheap fashion lycra.
VERY DISAPPOINTING, DO NOT BUY!!!!

If I could give a zero, I would. I ordered 3 items in June, came to a total of $100.00. It took 2.5 months to receive 1 item... 5 months later, I still have not received the other 2 items, and I have contacted them once every 2 weeks asking about it. They continually string me along, and even duplicate their excuses in their emails. They refuse to send me any replacements, nor give my a refund on the other 2 items. This is a fraudulent company. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. THEY WILL SCREW YOU OVER..

Do not order from them!! They sent me the wrong leggings and refuse to refund me or send me the correct leggings!!!

DO NOT ORDER. They are from China and cheaply made. I wanted to return my clothes and the company said that they do not accept returns!! It did not say this anywhere on their website or else I would not have ordered from them. They won't offer me a refund either!

PLEASE NOTE THAT WHEN YOU BUY THERE IT IS POOR QUALITY AND IT IS FROM ALIEXPRESS I HAVE PROOFS..DON’T LET THEM SCAM YOU. Also never received 1 out of 4 pair, they refuse to refund and ask me to send it back, how could i since ive never reveived it. Poor customer services, cheapest quality ever, stitches in the back is not even centered on the ass.

100% Fraudulent "business". Like everyone, I would give this site zero stars if I could. It's been 5 months and I'm yet to receive anything other than a generic email apologising for delays and that i can be assured my parcel is on it's way (lies, the parcel doesnt even exist!). At one point, I had a parcel tracking number which after a few weeks expired (probably a scam tactic). All the effort to contact customer service is not even worth it for the poor quality of product. The people running this scam should be fined and the site shut down. Don't be fooled by any positive reviews.

Customer service is AWFUL!!! While the clothes I received were cute (which was only 1/3 of my order and going on week 6 for the remainder), some of the items were incorrectly filled. I have no less than 20 emails to customer service and I either get the same automated response, or when I do get a response, they just keep giving me the run-around on what they will do. I WILL NEVER EVER BUY from them again because if you need an exchange or refund, you are pretty much out of luck.

Absolutely horrible customer service and quality!!
Ordered 4 items - all same size - and none fit the same; 2 are too small, 1 fits but is baggy, and the other fits if i don’t breathe!
Responses to emails take more than a day. Finally, they offered me free replacement items (I had to pay shipping though). When I sent a request for the replacements, they wanted to only discount them 50%!!
Been 4 days since I responded asking why it was no longer “free” and have had no response.
I’ve been blocked on its FB account because I posted a negative review.

Would rate zero if I could. Never received my product. They scam you out of your money. Your only hope is to pay using PayPal they you may have a chance at getting your money back. As for the company themselves they will not respond or refund. Use your money elsewhere.

Bought a pair of legging. Arrived after 6 weeks. They had a material dye fault. Contacted them straight away. Supplied all information they requested, repeatedly. After weeks of communicating, and me quoting their returns/refund policy, they refused to refund me after I failed to supply them with the external shipping sticker. They've now deleted my account. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!

I’ve been waiting over two months for a gift a bought for a event that passed. When contacting customer service via email I receive what I am assuming to be a bot response. That states delivery time is 2-8 weeks. I will be filing a fraud claim via my back if not resolved by next weeks end. Shame on companies that take advantage of consumers in a time like this especially factoring in not being able to just shop normally.

Would have certainly given this company ZERO stars if possible. Worst customer service I've ever received, it's been MONTHS since I placed/paid for my almost $500 order and HAVEN'T SEEN A SINGLE PRODUCT...do NOT shop from this company, complete and utter SCAMMER'S......I sincerely hope karma kicks you in the a***!

It’s been 4 months and I have 6 items that I’m still waiting for, all they keep saying is that the item is on its way, I told them I don’t care I want a refund, and they said according to their policy they can’t give me a refund if an item has been processed, so even though I ordered the item in February and it’s now July they still can’t refund me! I contacted my credit card company for the refund!! Also reported the online better business bureau ECONSUMER.GOV and would recommend anyone reading this to do the same! These people need to be stopped!

I ordered 4 items February the 7th and have only received one item, here four months later. The item I received was very poor quality and the company refuses to pay me back my money for the rest of the item, although it is a breach of the consumer rights 2015.
Don’t ever buy anything from this unprofessional company.

I have placed an order in April and it's July and I still haven't gotten my package. The sadest part about it I have moved out of the state it's being delivered too. Y'all are big scammers
