SCAMMERS!!!! Do not purchase from them. They blocked me on Messenger after I msged about the POOR QUALITY product they sent me. I’m sure they also delete negative reviews on their website as majority are 5 stars! If you are an happy customer, they just block you!! FRAUD!

HORRIBLE products. Purchased a bra and pants set and what i recieved was cheap blurry images on thin material. After asking for a refund they refused so I'm taking it further thtough other avenues. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM!!

If I could give zero stars I would. I saw a Facebook ad for a gorgeous pair of leggings, which lead me to buy from Fit Spirit. I signed up for their newsletter in order to receive 10% off my first order. The pants I received are not the same as in the photo. On their website there is no seam in the front hem across the stomach. The pants I received have a vertical seam in middle; different than shown on their website. When I contacted them for a refund, they offered to send me a replacement item of my choosing; but I would have to pay for shipping. I politely declined and asked again for a refund, as I run the risk of receiving something different than shown on their website again. They replied that because it was "on sale" they offer no return or refund.
Ridiculous! Total bait and switch. And now I have to waste time contacting my bank to dispute the charge. Buyer beware this is fraud.

Took a very long time to get leggings. They were supposed to be champion brand leggings and instead came from China and we’re unlabeled. Very thin material. Do not buy from them!

Absolutely disgusted with my cheap quality sports top.. contacted customer service and no response.. still waiting for another item to arrive.. spent £55 outraged

I ordered the yellow leggings with white stripes and the yellow is not yellow. It’s a mustard color and the white stripes are not bright at all. The fabric is very thin. So, they are see through. My order took a month to arrive from China. I will not be ordering again from them. Disappointed!

Oh wow you guys I’m sorry to hear about the bad experiences. I gave 4 stars because my tale is a bit different, shipping was as expected ( on-time), the fit was perfect and the tracking was on point. Now the reason for only 4 stars and not 5 for me is the fabric is not for working out, I can’t say it’s cheap material because even if worn to workout it’s not thin. All in all, I ordered 3 large sets, one pair of large shorts, and a medium top.

Unfortunately I can't give zero stars! Worst company ever. After months of waiting an useless item of poor quality arrived and since then they are refusing a refund although they advertise a 30 days money back guarantee on their website. Never buy there! They're fraud!

I got my money back from PayPal. Definitely worth raising it with them!

I’ve been waiting 9 weeks for delivery of sports pants. I’ve emailed a few times and had the same response. I’ll contact PayPal
and hopefully get my money back. Unfortunately emails are continuing back and forth. Saying been delivered, made a mistake, lost during tracking. I have now contacted my bank to investigate where my money is.

I have bought spirit 2 months ago and now it’s still on it way. I sent emails to their customer services claiming for the latency period and wanting to get my money back but they refused. I feel like their customer services is terribly horrible. And all those stuff may need one year or more to deliver to their owner’s hand. So, I would rather not to need them anymore. Extremely terrible!

Scam, never received still shows in China. Worst customer service ever. Filed with PayPal to get my money back. Will file with BBB to get them shut down.

Item never came, told it can take six weeks.

I saw this site on IG.... I liked what I saw so much I did not do my usual scam check🙄

After paying I checked them out. Emailed 1hr later to cancel .... received email requesting all my details ( which led me to believe it would indeed be cancelled) well you can guess the rest. I have not received item and have raised a case through PayPal.

Save yourself a nightmare AVOID AT ALL COST

This company takes your money but never delivers your product . When you attempt to reach out they copy and paste the same email every time and refuse to answer any of your questions.

I'd love to give this a 0 rating. The items are not as advertised! They are sheer and not well made. After waiting a month, I questioned where the items were shipping from, and they ignored me and never answered. After 2 months, I am still waiting to receive an item. I asked for a refund, since the item is still in their possession, and I was told it is not their policy to refund items on sale.

Do not buy from here! False advertising.

Do NOT purchase from this company. The products do not look like the pictures, I’ve been waiting on a order for three months and the product I did receive is of poor quality. Never again!

Ordered sports bras, what are horrible guality. Yarns coming out of every seam, looks like i could have made them myself. Item looks unfinished and the fabric is cheap and not the one what it was told to be. Also it says the product is from china. Which I didnt know I was ordering from. I tried to write a review on their page many times, but only positive feedback goes through. My another peoduct i ordered never came. And they are not willing to give me any refunds about anything. Total scam.

Absolutely horribly service. Absolutely terrible fabric and worst quality ever. I ordered 2 products. The money was withdrawn after a day. One of my products came after 2,5 months, but in wrong size and don’t look Like the one I ordered at all. Very poor quality. I can’t even wear it. It’s a waste of money.

My other product, a expensive tights, never came..

Cheating!!! If you don’t wanna be disappointed please don’t buy anything from them. Their products from China with really bad quality but expensive. They just use the beautiful photos of their products on their website but actually the real products look so cheap. I found the same products on AliExpress & eBay and the prices were just 1/3 of their prices. The customer service was so horrible also. Be aware!

Really bad Company. Cheats and sends the worst quality tights from China. Dont buy anything from that company
