but when I get full refund than I will edit comment again

They said they will do full refund as I did make membership without knowing or by purpose.. I was trying to pay membership for another web site ( streamwach for high school volleyball to wathc my daughter ) and the site diverted me to payment page.. And when I made payment than I received membership confirmation e mail from Fitwear4all.. But I did not see anywhere that I am making payment for fitwear4all.com or hobbyhubz.com..

Normally in order to make membership I have to visit their web page and than try to make membership payment through on their web..

But in my case that is not happened.. I did not know anything about these two companies and however do not want to be member of that both web site aswell..

So be carefull ...

However they said they will make full refund only fitwear4all.com ; and the other web ( which is belongs to same company ( located in southern cyprus ) do not reply about refund...

We will see if they will do or not..

I received immediate reaction to a request from me to reverse a transaction that I made in error.
It is something you don't see often from businesses, especially overseas.

They made everything posible with my refund I hope to get my money back thanks

The team was v helpful in reaching back when I had a concern. My emails were replied to v promptly and I was given surety that I will be compensated for the transactions that happened using my email on their website.

This company is not trustworthy, because I ended up making a purchase transaction through a link that had nothing to do with the product they sell. I asked for a refund, but they told me to rate them 5 stars so that I could get the refund. Well, I had already done the rating, and instead of refunding them, they continued to charge more through another company. I got a refund from the other company, but from this fitwear4all, it's been more than 2 months and they haven't refunded the amount! They promise a refund after a positive rating on Trust Pilot, which has not been done yet, so I have no other alternative but to tell the truth about what happens with this company: they charge you for a service you didn't ask for and they also pass your credit card to other companies (I had to block my card) without your consent! RUN AWAY from this company!!

Someone else used my banking details and I am very impressed with the quick way in which you handled the situation and responded. Thank you very much for your prompt action. Much appreciated.

Good customer service

I don't know you as a group and the subscription and deduction on my account is unfair as there's no notification just a deduction going off and that is totally wrong to take money without permission.

Prompt decisions and pleasant interaction

The escalation team is in touch and helping you resolve the issue.

Prompt response and explanation of any queries by the team, especially, Ms Elsa who handled my case on priority w.r.t cancellation.
Generally, there are a lot of delays and hiccups by companies when it comes to resolving the cancellation or refunds issues of customers, but this one has been par excellence.
