My experience was great! Imani helped me a lot and she was very kind!

I made the offer to buy but I was in need of other things so I ask for a refund and cancellation of order and to my surprise it was approved by them.

Fitwear4all did not keep their promise of refunding the amounts they fraudulently took from my account. They did not respond to me emails anymore.
Never trust with that company.

When nothing happened I reinstated the bad rating.
The refund was credited to my account... They kept their promise.
I give them credit for admitting & refunding.
It's a pity that TrustPilot is (mis)used for this type of arm-wresling but it benefits clients to enjoy some protection.
Without TrustPilot we would be powerless.

I like the product they sell and also the customer service the way they care the customer's concern.

I just need my money refunded.

stay away if you see their name, block them, block your card etc. A scam fraud company in South Cyprus ! they charge periodicly for being a VIP member etc to some unrelated pruducts than whatever you saw in add to buy. When asked for REFUND, they ignore and asking to give a fake positive review like other positive reviews here in order to get a REFUND. So they asked me to do so as well, So here I am. But I m giving my honest review to protect others instead.

My girlfriend signed up on this site, and the moment she tried to cancel her account, they immediately charged her €6.95! There was no warning, no confirmation—just an instant charge.

But here’s the real scam: after she contacted them for the permanent deactivation of her account, they came back with a "special exception"—if she writes a positive 4-5 star review on Trustpilot and sends them a screenshot of it, they will refund her money.

They literally hold your money hostage in exchange for fake positive reviews. This is beyond shady and completely unethical.
And this isn’t a one-time thing; they do it with everyone, artificially inflating their ratings to trick more people.

Avoid this site at all costs! They’re running a shady operation, forcing fake reviews while stealing people’s money.

it’s good there’s have live agents that I can talk to this happened, easy to talk and I hope it resolved.

They have the best quality products you could ever get online. They have cater the customer so well by giving them discounts and promos. The gift cards are the best option. The customer service is 10.
