A Fairytale Ending Thanks to an Amazing Team!

I have been working with Matt, Vinnie, and Kristopher from Five Star Airways, and I can’t express enough how grateful I am for their incredible support. Although my journey began as a nightmare, it transformed into a fairytale thanks to this dedicated team.

Moving from the States to Israel with my service dog was supposed to be an exciting adventure. However, when I arrived at the airport, Turkish Airlines denied me boarding with my service dog on Jan. 22, 2025. It was a stressful situation that left me feeling hopeless.

From that moment on, Matt, Vinnie, and Kristopher sprang into action. They worked tirelessly—day and night—to help me rebook my flight on another airline. Their commitment and determination made all the difference in what could have been a disastrous experience.

Hallelujah! I’m now set to fly with LOT Airlines on Wednesday, February 5th. Fingers crossed! The team at Five Star Airways has done everything necessary to ensure that this flight will bring me home alongside my beloved service dog.

Thank you so much, Matt, Vinnie, and Kristopher! Your dedication and hard work were instrumental in making all of this happen. I couldn’t have asked for better travel agents or advocates by my side during such a challenging time.

Matt is very pleasant on the phone, always available and immediately responsive and follows up as he states on the telephone or by text. He is always patient and very helpful and knowledgable and has made booking my trip relatively stress free!
